They did not consider aspects like sun, temperature etc while planning the trip and quote accordingly. Had to travel in very hot sun with 3yrs kid without AC though I paid for AC. When asked they said they did not include AC in ghats in the quote. Mr Sony has confirmed it in his call that they did not include for AC in ghats which is 6+hrs drive in scotching heat. Horrible response and service. They quoted low just to win the deal but not to provide service expecting return customers.

Hotel provided at shimla is barowalia resort, which is a pathetic hotel. initially was promised to give Pahuna resort, but later changed. Itenary provided in the list cannot be completed due to not so super planning, only 60% places can be covered.. Driver is a good person and he is a good gentle man. after so much of complaints got a better hotel in Manali Varsha Inn a very good hotel thanks to Mrs. Sharma, but the itenary in manali should be planned for 2 days, 1 day is not sufficient, this has to be told to the customer, if customer is having budget problems cover only important places. Because of this creating unnecessary rift between customer and driver, luckily not happened in my case. Neelam is very helpful in co-ordinating things, but as an agency lot to improve.

My agent who had planned the trip had left the company and also did nt properly guide me . I was new to the place. My hotels were in aloof area especially aplin hillden. I was travelling with my 2 kids aged 4 faced a great difficulty. The one in Manali was gud hotel. I had to skip breakfast even though included in my itinerary as we had to start early for sightseeing which was again nt communciated and informed to me . There was an issue in that the drver was not paid the amount and he stopped the car midway. I understand the driver is from a company 5 levels down which i didnt expect. Even after calling Travel triangle 2 times on this issue no one from Travel Triangle called back to know the status. I will not refer Travel Triangle to any one else. Top Tier Holidays Llp didnt find out how the trip was going during the trip. Got a message inquiring the about the trip after the trip was completed though.

Over all the trip was great. Only issue was the hotel was not having lift and the room allocated was on 3rd floor. After a long tiring day when you come to hotel you have to ascend 3 floors and then for dinner you again need to come down and again ascend 3 floors.

Hotel was really poor in terms of services. It was not even 2 star when it was claimed as 3 star. Staff uncooperative. Food was bad and they served stale food due to which my child fell sick. Breakfast and dinner timings were odd. Van vihar was really good and we enjoyed it. Cab driver was a good companion.

I booked my family trip to manali with adventure mania using travel triangle app. Mukul was the agent who provided us package in a reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay and sightseeing. Hotel indrasan and hotel grand oasis were clean and had delicious menu in breakfast and dinner. Nitesh and other staff in Indrasan hotel were very supportive. The only problem we faced was the driver Kamal jeet. While travelling chandigarh airport to/from manali he refused to turn on the AC even if we only asked him to turn on AC in Punjab area only and not in manali as the temperature in Punjab area was very hot. He was very rude and always stopped the car very far from sightseeing point e.g. at vashisht temple he dropped us at lower parking even if car could have gone beyond that point and there was an upper parking as well which would have saved our efforts to climb the hill. The driver kamal jeet was always busy with phone while driving and never listened to us and eventually got us delayed to airport. We were about to miss our fligh because of him. I strongly recommend never ever go with Kamal Jeet driver if you are planning with adventure mania. Sissu, atal tunnel, manikaran, hadimba temple, vashishtha temple.
