Overall Manali and Amritsar trip was very good. Planned on Dec 23-29, 2019 Good points: Cab driver (Ashok Sharma) was very good guy considering travelling with family. Area of Improvement: While finalizing trip, it was told that Delhi manali will take 8-10 hr but it was around 16hr, that way agent could have advised to stay in Mandi or some nearer place in night and then can go to Manali at next morning. Instead of that they were more in hurry to final lead from customer. Hotel: Manali hotel was very good and Amritsar hotel was ok. Overall trip was Good with Guruji and Key point was arrangement of Good Cab driver.

I enjoyed a lot in my trip. The hotels and food was really excellent in shimla and Manali. Shimran Dogra was always in touch with me whenever I needed any help and am sure I will refer to many of my friends in future regarding this service and am looking forward for a new trip in coming days.

Overall trip was good but the cab driver is not at all co-operative. Driver is not customer friendly. On the last day because of driver we could not cover Agra properly. Everything went on hurryburry on the last day of our trip.

We booked cab & hotels for delhi-Jhibi-manali-delhi trip with Ideal Tours for our 4N/5D. Appreciation for Ms Urmila, supports pre-booking and post booking with them. We got suzuki dezire, the car was absolutely clean and the driver Mr Sunil was also co-operative with excellent driving skills. But during trip the driver charged 7500 extra (more than actual rate 4000 for Rotang) for rotang+sissu village where sissu was included in the final package. Also we faced a issue due to miscommunication regarding payment at manali hotel. But later Mr Krishna responded & sorted everything very quickly. hotel mansarovar tirthan valley - Hotel/staff/services were good hotel mountain green villa, Manali - Hotels/staff/services were good Overall nice experience. Suggestion - Need to be more professional in terms of dealing extra pays..Communication gap is there between agent and driver.

All the arrangements done by the agency was very good including the driver and bus they provided. Rating them 3 in place of 4 because on the last day of trip there was some payment issue between the agency and bus driver which i had to intermediate. The best memory of our trip was visiting Sissu valley and Attal tunnel

Lotus inn was disappointing. Their menu was showing many items but no real room service nor a simple sweet after the buffet. Very blend veg food and no quick refills . Less food kept in buffet and not giving correct timings nor waiting for customer to want or finish more food Van vihar, solang valley, Amazing Kasol cottage hotel, eco park, paragliding, tirthan valley, mall road

It was very memorable and nicely organised by TT.Special thanks to Mr Akash who was in touch with us throughout our trip..And Mr Bobby our car driver was very good and cooperative..I highly recommend TT every one who wants visit Himachal..

Hi , here’s my honest review. Starting from enquiry on packages to completion of the Trip, It was a smooth experience without any small hiccup. May it be Choosing the best hotel, Travel, planning it was neatly organised and executed. Cab drivers were very friendly and were perfect in driving on Tough ghat roads and were very polite with us. Thank you so much to Ms.Jyoti and Mr.Sahil from Mountain People Group who has been always in touch and guided for status and any happenings. Best memories of our Trip are: Paragliding and River rafting at Kullu. Rohtang Pass. Apple and Strawberry Farms. View from Hotel.

We visited Shimla, Manali and Kasol. The arrangements were done well. Response and support provided by complete team is very quick. One point that can be taken care of while booking hotel is to provide the options for room selection. Customer might not be aware regarding what options the hotel have. River view, Valley view etc. If customer are given option, they would chose what they like.

One thing that we liked the most in the entire trip was the service of the cab and the driver Khanu Singh. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable , polite, very helpful right from the our pick up from Jaipur Airport till dropping back to Udaipur Airport. Cab was always clean and tidy. Really appreciate his services. Apart from that, we stayed in 3 hotels during our visit to Rajasthan - 1) Hotel Silver Pride in Jaipur 2) The Prem Beacon in Jodhpur 3) Hotel Paras Mahal in Udaipur Our overall experience in these hotels was not good. 1) Hotel Silver Pride, Jaipur - The food was extremely good and the restaurant staff was very kind and helpful. But the hygiene and overall ambience of the hotel was not that great and there is scope for improvement. 2) The Prem Beacon, Jodhpur - Very bad service. Food was very bad, with no options at all. The reason given for the bad food service was that it is just 10 days back the restaurant is opened and so they are not ready yet. Hotel staff also not courteous. Hygiene was also not good. Overall very bad experience. 3) The Paras Mahal, Udaipur - Hygiene was very good. Food was ok. But the front end staff at the reception look confused. Though i had settled all payments in advance, they were asking me to pay again. It took time for them to check with their team and get back to get it sorted. This caused delay and unnecessary waiting for me. Overall, given the site tours, stays and overall package, i just felt the charges of Travel Vichar are little on the higher side.

Overall trip was good. We have enjoyed our trip without any problem. It was great experience of Trip booked with TT. Hotel king clouds and it's food was very good.

The travel was not good, I am giving good rating just for there Behavior and Response of Awadh Travel And Services (AT). Except 1 thing rest all were good with TravelTrangle (TT) & Awadh Travel And Services (AT). That 1 thing what I did not like from TT & AT is at end moment they changed my hotel which lead to issues for my hotel stay. The Quote was decided on Hotel- TrangleWoodVilla but just before 3 days of travel they changed my hotel to Hotel SnowVilla. Despite the fact that of having bad Rating on SnowVilla - We had opted it as the provided 3 hotels in options it was the showing Okey Dokey, but it was bad choice!! Anyways I will not tell about hotel much here as this is about TT and AT services. TT is good as per website and response for customer both via Call and Instant Messaging chat options. AT is good as they came forward when the hotel Manager(Vipan Kapoor Tutanai) behaved worst with us during which AT has handled the things from their end.

Bus service from Delhi to manali was our worst experience, PAL travels was 3rd class bus service.. I suggest don't recommend anyone pal travels. Bus staff behaviour was really bad. If possible make call to me.

Hi Tarun, everything was good but had below two feedbacks which could have been serviced better. 1. At few occasions driver was requesting to pay parking charge. Even i had paid 50 rupees parking at one place and receipt was shared on whatsapp group created by Travel Triangle for Manali trip. 2. I am completely dissapointed with the service provided during our return journey..we were given voucher with seat no. 27 to 29, however the same was not confirmed. We had clearly mentioned at the time of booking that we want a seat in front or atleast middle as my son and wife has serious with nousea during bus journey. Now we were told in return journey that bus has only seats available in last two rows of bus. They said me to talk to ur tour manager then seat can be adjusted. I called n number of times to Raushan, Nikhil but no one helped in resolution of this issue. After sometime Raushan stopped picling up call.. this should never happened when you plan your tour in advance. Also i had done all my payments before starting my journey, thus i was left with no option rather to deal with worst kind of service and arrangement where bus seats were not arranged as per the voucher provided. Due to all this my wife and son is suffering with nousea and vomiting at serious level. This was my sincere request at the time of travel booking only, that it will cause a serious inconvenience if bus seat is not reserved ahead of time. But this request was completely ignored and none of the seats were conformed until i call Raushan on departure day at afternoon. This was not expected from Travel Vichar or Travel Triangle tour operators. Except above two instances we were very satisfied with the services extended by Traveltriangle for this trip. 1. We were very satisfied with the services extended by 2nd driver, after raising our concerned with the first driver regatding demand of parking charge at few places and not covering all the points as given in voucher. 2. The atrangement done at hotel was also good. 3. The trip from Delhi to Manali was also good, however we had serious issues with bus trip during Manali to Delhi trip.

Hotel provided at shimla is barowalia resort, which is a pathetic hotel. initially was promised to give Pahuna resort, but later changed. Itenary provided in the list cannot be completed due to not so super planning, only 60% places can be covered.. Driver is a good person and he is a good gentle man. after so much of complaints got a better hotel in Manali Varsha Inn a very good hotel thanks to Mrs. Sharma, but the itenary in manali should be planned for 2 days, 1 day is not sufficient, this has to be told to the customer, if customer is having budget problems cover only important places. Because of this creating unnecessary rift between customer and driver, luckily not happened in my case. Neelam is very helpful in co-ordinating things, but as an agency lot to improve.
