Shimla Kullu Manali Tour package By Volvo Bus From Delhi 6 Days & 5 Nights

It was a well planned trip with the help of travel on ease. Decent hotels and ontime information. Good cab is also provided. Only thing can be improved is on the cab part, where driver should have been more sensible of the family conditions rather rushing us to avoid traffics and driving fast in rough routes.

Food at Hotel Indrasan needs improvement. The cab driver left us at Solang valley with instructions that we have to reach him at Nehru Kund which was about 5km away. He was insensitive to the fact that my wife was not fit to walk even 100/200 meters.His reason was no parking available. But when hundreds of tourists vehicles could park and pick their guests from their it is not convincing. Is it not his duty to take and bring us back from the designated tourist locations comfortably. Needs proper communication and training from your side. Time at Solang valley

Felt like over priced in almost all aspects,driver took 8k for rohtang pass which local drivers were charging 5000 to 5500.... Rest driver was good in other aspects. Hotels were too good except in shimla, that hotel was very interior and need to walk 300 m to reach hotel which become very trouble some....hotel name was paradise village. Overall will give 3.5 star for the entire experience with travel triangle Rohtang pass

Overall had a nice experience .Booked a last minute tour through travel triangle to himachal with Ideal Tours. Tour was organised fairly well for a last minute prep ,Most of the itinerary covered .

Our trip was very good. Ameera hotel shimla stay was good. Room was very spacious. Well behaved and responsible staffs . Bathroom was hygeine and neat. Food was very tasty . Only problem is gyser take 30 -40 min to get heat.so it is getting late to get ready. Evoque resort and spa manali was a excellent stay. Good balcony view. Room was spacious. Bathroom was hygiene and neat. Staffs behaviour was good.nice service. Food was very tasty and delicious. I strongly recommend both the hotels for comfortable stay. River rafting and paragliding games

Trip was amazing , well organized and good team coordination. Especially snow fall in manali, during the month of May was awesome. Some traffic here and there due to land slide in chandigarh-- manali rd, other than that everything went well.

We had a great trip, all thanks to u guys for planning such a wonderful trip for us. We had 4 nights and 5 days trip to manali. Hotel was amazing with spacious room and quality food. Zero professionalism, No fullfilment of commitment . We told service agent we want good condition car but they provided unpleasant car eventhough we camplain about car but they didn't change , driver was not so good as a guide he didn't told about any place and every place he left us adventure sport place where he got commission even restaurant also for lunch and one more thing when he smoke smell was all over car we carried our room freshener driver charge us 3000 for extra 3 places but shown only 2 places . He was little bit rude and rigid when we told to stop somewhere. Travel agent were not in contact with us in whole tour till we call them just call at the time of feedback . I can say here that trivel triangle is nowhere nearby make my trip in professionalism. Make my trip is very good. Trivel triangle give many places for sightseeing and written big passages in quote but only shown some places , they are only interested till the confirmation of trip and full payment from customer. This trip through drift 9 travel zone went well and our family enjoyed this trip very well. Praveen, Reema took care of all our travel and stay in this trip.. Thanks for this memories..

Hi, Both travel triangle and Life on Vacation (Mr. Gaurav) has done excellent job. The hotel location and food was awesome. But the cab driver was very unprofessional and commission based. We have to literally argue with him for sightseeing. He was only interested in getting back to hotel at the earliest possible. All the good work done by Travel triangle /life on Vacation will be spoilt due to the driver. The driver should be more of a guide in such packages. On the contrary he was having partial/no information about the points of visit. We were relying more on Google than the driver. Your reputation is at stake due to the driver for this trip. Thank you for providing the service. Further I will not recommend any of my friends about your travel agency. I already had discussion with Negi. Hotel Shimla green was really worst hotel. It is not a hotel but a guest house. Travel agent Monika did not disclose many things about the particular hotel. Really dissatisfied. Except the hotel other things in trip was good. Location of Manali hotel was very nice. Though we didn't get any welcome drink from the hotel side on arrival which was an inclusion in the itenary. I think you can understand how you feel after a 14hrs tiring journey from Delhi to Manali n if you don't get any drinks if you order also. Everything was good on the second day. Driver Dharampal is very good. Please check with the driver whether he is having enough money with him before sending him on the trip so that he should not ask the customer for money. Upto Manali Trip was fine......In Shimla we had worst experience.....Hotel.was too far from Main City....Travel from Manali to Shimla too much heat & Cab didn't allow using AC .....Even with a 2 year Old Kid it was. Too hot in Shimla..... Traffic made a spoil sport.....It is not possible to Cover Shimla in a single day with this much traffic......Package went completely wrong......Should have been 3 days in Shimla.....On Last Day of our Tour...we couldn't even have breakfast......Overall Shimla Trip was a disaster.....It ruined our Holidays......Cab driver was only interested in driving and finishing things quickly......he was only focusing on avoiding traffic.....Never stopped at any small point.....On our Shimla exploring day.....We prepared early....But Cab Puncture repair Wasted our time.....And Cab driver new traffic is high so instead of taking us to Kufri.....We should have been taken to Jakoo Temple..... Return trip we came in New Delhi at 14hrs.....we thought our train will be missed .....Hence we kept one extra day for our return.......We had to pay extra in New Delhi Hotel for staying....... Overall out of 5 days we explored only 2 days trip......Most of our time was Wasted in travelling itself........ TRAFFIC info wasn't given by anyone..... Otherwise we wouldn't have paid for Shimla Trip ......In Future plz Don't Adjust Package...... Clearly it Should be mentioned that Shimla exploration isn't possible in a single Day Considering the Traffic......Manali Hotel was Good but we weren't given Balcony as mentioned in The Iternaries ...... Service was Good Wastage of Energy,Money and Enthusiasm

We had a nice experience in the overall trip. This is being my first visit to North India and it was a challenge without knowing Hindi. It would have been still more comfortable if the driver and hotel people understand and speak little English. White hotel at Manali is ok, its bad in Shimla. No water in the morning, they gave a bucket of hot water to manage...it was realy hectic. The hotel at shimla situated in a very busy street and the car parking is very hard and there was a no-traffic restriction between 8 to 9.30am and 4.45 to 6.30pm..and the violation will be Rs10000.it was hard for us and also it was never communicated to us either by travel agent or hotel people. Hotel people didnt even share the right location to reach there. We reached as per thier location shared, but it was not the right location. When we called them, they kept saying we will call you back in 5min, but never turned up. At last we drove back to that location with the help of Google maps. The breakfast and dinner options are less and also timing is hard for us. They serve between 8.30 and 10.30 for both breakfast and dinnner, which is hard for us to plan our visits. Travel agents should make sure hotel they book is pretty decent for the money that we pay. They should arrange the driver who can at least understand a little bit of English and the people at Hotel are properly responding to our queries and speak little English.

This was our first experience with Travel Triangle. Got to know about the App through a friend. Must admit, it came as a savior for our last minute travel plan. We never knew the possibility of customizing the tour package as per our convenience. Truly great. We have already recommended the App to couple of our friends. We are in all praise for Travel Triangle. In less than a day of posting my query I got response from the travel agents. The follow-up from travel triangle, and the payment options (split into 3) deserves a special mention. Hoping that the service always remains high!
