Striking Shimla Tour Package From Aurangabad 4 Days & 3 Nights

Felt that the cost of the package was costly. Hospitality received in hotels was good. Could have booked sleeper buses instead of semi sleeper for the travel between Delhi to Shimla and Manali to Delhi.

Hotel provided at shimla is barowalia resort, which is a pathetic hotel. initially was promised to give Pahuna resort, but later changed. Itenary provided in the list cannot be completed due to not so super planning, only 60% places can be covered.. Driver is a good person and he is a good gentle man. after so much of complaints got a better hotel in Manali Varsha Inn a very good hotel thanks to Mrs. Sharma, but the itenary in manali should be planned for 2 days, 1 day is not sufficient, this has to be told to the customer, if customer is having budget problems cover only important places. Because of this creating unnecessary rift between customer and driver, luckily not happened in my case. Neelam is very helpful in co-ordinating things, but as an agency lot to improve.

Vary good experience and excellent service from traval triangle and adbhut bharat.I will definately plan my future trip with the same agent.Apart from some unusual events like our car got a puncture in start but after that all was good. Visiting monkey point in kasuli and sunset point,Shimla Mall road,kufri.chail palace,mata Kali ka tippa Overall scenic view were excellent in Shimla,chail, and Kasauli.

I had booked Shimla - Manaali six days tour with North India Tours & Travels. From the starting there were trouble with agency. I was asked to contact Mr. Neeraj Negi for driver details. I had followed him four times over phone but he didn't provide the proper details. I got three drivers number and had to call all of them to know who will pick me up from Chandigarh. Once driver was fixed, he asked me to leave from Chandigarh early (though I didn't want it) in the morning because he was in Chandigarh that evening and he wanted to return early. when I called Neeraj Negi to know if Hotel room will be available if I reach early, he was blunt and said will you check out early if you are checking in early. Taxi and hotel coordination was his job but I was doing it and he was playing boss role. while travelling to Shimla, taxi driver (Prakash) informed me that he is not from North India tour travel. Taxi driver on day one left without informing. raised the issue on Travel triangle whatsapp group but no help was offer either by travel triangle or Neeraj Negi. During the travel, I had four different drivers (Prakash, Sanjay, Ajay, Raju) and on each day I had to coordinate with these drivers. No professionalism at all. Although, I was informed that I will have single driver through out the tour. while returning from Manaali around 1 PM during the day we were passing through planes (Sundar Nagar, Bilaspur etc) and temperature was 37 deg C and dust outside. requested driver to switch on the AC but he hadn't. this is despite the fact that we were descending from hills or travelling in plane areas. This driver (Ajay) had to pick client from Chandigarh therefore he had asked us to start early from Manaali, which I agreed to. I had to skip the breakfast because of him but when we requested him to switch on the AC, he straight forward denied it. No support from North India tour travel . Only good thing in this trip was hotel in Manaali (Himalayan heights), which is newly built and well maintained. view from this hotel is quite good and it has apple orchard within it's boundary.

We are very pleased to share our travel experience which was organized by Travel Magzine. All arrangements were good and accommodations were wonderful. We have been provided with a very good vehicle, caring and knowledgeable driver. We owe a great thanks to the Trip Advisor Mr Deepak Tiwari Who was in constant touch with us during our trip.

Overall the trip was good but the hotel in shimla was not soo gud but in kufri it was awesome And our cab driver viney was too good and did his duties at his best Ekta give her best to give us as possible as she. So overall the trip was good

I didn’t have a good service at the hotel and they didn’t give us a better after asking for better room as they did have rooms they didn’t provide us one and even were trying to manipulate stuff about to their terms Our travel agent made our trip good for us and helped us a lot thanks a ton to him and even the driver was good he showed us everything and even some of the things which were not in our itenary

Driver was good , hotel for shimla faced issue as we reached late the room was allocated to different people. The room which we got was Messy. Next day we got it changed. Other all was good.

It was very memorable and nicely organised by TT.Special thanks to Mr Akash who was in touch with us throughout our trip..And Mr Bobby our car driver was very good and cooperative..I highly recommend TT every one who wants visit Himachal..

Please make sure travel agentshould interacr more with driver, please do keep track of right weather because it was too much of summer to bear and please share exact amount for any activities do say more price to us donot try to profit from us like driver did with us Everything staying at beautiful location and paragliding hotel service

Experience of travelling with Travel Magzine has been very satisfactory. We went on a honeymoon Trip. All the arrangements were great. The rooms were very spacious and clean. overall great experience.

Reasons for Bad Rating.. 1. After trip starts your agent denied for Online Payment & asked us to pay money in cash to Driver. In which I have no evidence of payment. & you have no receipts or details of that payment(Breach of Travel triangle policy....) 2. Drive intentionally brought us to the places where he can get good comission. He denied to take us to Solang valley by CAR but asked us to pay for Hampta Pass.(Drivers are not trustworthy, but we trusted Travel Traingle. Again you Failed). 3. Your agent Discover My Travel promised us to get a good car. But he send us old inefficient car.(Its tires were totally worn out. & he changed two tyres during traivelling because of Tyre failures. In such areas you should have good tyre otherwise your life can be at Risk. We are sorry to choose you). 4. At Dharamshala, Driver dropped us as Dharamshala in the evening at hotel & went to his own home for 1.5 days. & he asked us to walk & travel on our own.(Which kind of Proffessionalism is this ? Will you expect this with your travel agent ?) 5. At Dalhousie as Khajjiar was closed. He told us to roam around on our own. As he wanted to rest at hotel. Good Points: 1. Hotels were good(We chose it after much internet surfing & reading reviews. Though thank you for booking). 2. Your partner (discover my travel) is good. But driver he found was not good. Conclusion : 1. We can not trust your words. You change them anytime. 2. Your partner does not have enough skill to provide good hospitality to travellers as driver/car is the most important part when you have to travel a lot. 3. Payment terms must not be changed in any case. (half cash / half online is not good).

Not too happy with the booking First the good parts: 1. Well-arranged trips, ample time to go around for seeing different places 2. Good hotels in Shimla, Manali, and Dalhousie. The views were amazing from all these hotels, and so were the rooms and the service. Special mention about the hotel in Dalhousie, beautiful place, amazing views and awesome food. The parents were very happy. 3. The driver was quite well mannered and had equally good driving skills Not so good and improvement areas: 1. The driver had very bad navigational skills, was uncooperative, especially when it came to asking for directions in a new place. It was strange as you would expect to get someone who will have good knowledge about the place where he goes almost regularly 2. This trip was customized which is why a lot of responsibility rested with the driver who was either unhelpful when it came to assisting or suggesting something to do, or was unaware of most of the things 3. The hotel in Chandigarh was unhygienic, one of the rooms had cockroaches roaming around, another had bedbugs and the third room was damp and smelled as if it always remains shut. My father had to stay up the entire night because of bed-bug bites 4. The hotel in Dharamshala was again old, dirty and unhygienic too. They tried to pass-off the water from the dish-cleaning area as drinking water. Rooms were shabby, blankets were worn out and dirty, furnishings were very old and shabbily kept. Not something you expect from an apparent 3 star hotel

Hotel in Manali (Lotus Inn River View) is awesum but hotel in Shimla is not at all good. Overall services are good by Walk Holiday. Driver is unprofessional he didn't know the places where he have to make us visit. Memories are good but we don't get to visit much more places as it is mentioned in the broucher.
