Andaman Snorkeling Package

The pristine beaches at Andaman and Nicobar are the most beautiful beaches in the world. If you are an adventurous person and want to indulge in some water sports then this is the most ideal place for you.
Snorkelling is one of the most famous adventurous sports done here. The cost of snorkelling in Andaman is reasonable and the activity can be enjoyed by all.

Best Places to do Snorkelling in Andaman

  • Elephant Beach, Havelock Island: This is the best place in Andaman to do snorkelling. The water here is calm, blue, crystal clear and shallow, which makes this the most favoured place for snorkelling. You can take a boat ride or can trek to the Elephant beach.
  • Margherita’s Mischief in Neil Bay Island, Port Blair: This is one of the most visited destinations in Port Blair. This place is famous among the adventure seekers as it provides option for various water sport activities. The corals here are spread over a large area. You will also see various types of fishes, lobsters, Dugongs, Angelfish, Soldier fish, Batfish, Yellow snappers, etc.
  • Jolly Bouy Island and Red Skin Island, Port Blair: Here, you will witness a variety of corals such as the red, blue, sponge corals, etc.
  • Barracuda City, Havelock Island: Apart from seeing a variety of colourful fishes and corals, you can also swim with the turtles here. However, this place is not suitable for the beginners.
  • Lighthouse and Seduction Point, Havelock islands: Lighthouse is the only place in Andaman, where you can do the adventure sports at night. That is why; this is one of the most visited places in Andaman because the tourists want to be a part of this unique experience. The sea bed and the marine life looks magical in the dazzling light of the torch. The Seduction Point in Havelock Island is another famous place for snorkelling because of the presence of Staghorn Corals, a very rare species of coral. It is found only in this Seduction Point.

Though water sports are highly enjoyed in the summers, winter is also an enjoyable time to visit this beautiful island. If you are a nature lover, then this is the ideal time.

Ideal Time For enjoying a Vacation in Andaman and Nicobar Islands

Andaman can be visited throughout the year. If you are interested to take part in the adventurous water sports, then summer season (April to June) is the ideal time to visit this place. The temperature range is around 24°C to 36°C and it is the most suitable time to enjoy the famous summer activities. The season of monsoon (May to September) is not an ideal time to visit Andaman. It becomes risky to take part in various activities during this time. Some of the adventurous activities that take place during the winters are banana rides, beach volleyball, jet skiing, water zorbing, etc.

How to Reach Andaman from India

You can travel to Andaman by air. The Veer Savarkar International Airport in Port Blair is the gateway to this island. Port Blair is well connected with the various major airports of India such as Chennai, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, etc. Travelling by ship is another option.

Anurag's 7 days trip to Andaman

I had a very good experience with Pearl Andaman Tours. They were extremely flexible in adjusting the itinerary, hotels, and other arrangements according to my preferences. Their service was well-organized, and the entire itinerary was thoughtfully planned. Overall, I enjoyed a smooth and hassle-free

Rakesh's 6 days trip to Andaman

I recently visited Andaman and had a disappointing experience with the travel agent Mr Roy, He misguided us about scuba diving rates, charged much higher than local prices despite our tickets showing 25% off, and even told us not to ask locals about the rates and to say we were “not interested.” He
kept insisting that slots were very limited and pushed us to book immediately by creating false urgency. The complimentary snorkeling included in our package was another big letdown. They took us into barely 1–2 feet of water, asked us to just put our face in, and called it snorkeling. Then they said this is the only complimentary demo included in our package and demanded ₹1200 if we wanted to see actual fish and enjoy snorkling. It felt completely misleading and frustrating. Overall, trip was good and memorable but due to above issues trip was not 100% satisfactory. I hope this issues wont be repeated in the future Hotel and cab service was good

Everything was beautiful and serene during this tour. Hotels were beautiful and hospitality was great. Cabs were on time and coordination was too good. The only thing we did not like was the candle light dinner set up and the hotel food. We were expecting a beautiful set up and food but nothing was
upto mark. We understand it may have been out of budget for you but we could have paid for it. Overall the experience was great and we will come back again. Hotel stay , Neil Island sunset point.
