Our pilgrimage trip to Tamil Nadu went very well. Lee Vacations arranged our trip exactly how we wanted. The hotels, service, cab, driver, food everything was very good. The driver Mr. Bala Krishna was very warm and friendly. The cab Hexa was very comfortable to travel in. The hotel rooms were well maintained and the service provided by them was excellent. First to tells you that i have completed my tour with a lot of enjoyment and happiness. This is gald to inform you that during my tour i have not face any of problem. All hotals are well managed and pre informed about my visit. All give timely response , good behavior and very nice services. The cab driver is very nice person, he stand everytime for every support. His behavior is so good. I have not meet such a nice person before. His cab is also well mentioned and comfortable. With him i feel like a family member. I am very thankful to Ms. Swati For arranging all the things and everytime available for support. She did a lot of work on my tour so that result come i have completed my tour with the great satisfaction level. Swati mam My all family member are happy with this tour. Before this trip i and my friends prefer MMT(make my trip) for travel with family. But from now i give my preference to SKY TOUR. Driver was not at all friendly. When we reach coimbatore, he was not even coming out of the car to meet us. Myself and my wife had to search for his car in parking area. he didnt even help us with placing luggages in dickey. We have seen him friendly with other people/drivers on the way. he never smiled at uss and didnt even say good morning which is very basic manners tourist drivers should have. Firsttime ever in my lifetime i had tour with such a difficult driver. There were some communciation gap happened in between with driver and agency. I had to inform sky tours to coordinate it. He just did his duty by taking us to good spots. And his drIving is good. I am very happy with the services provided by hotel. We were having headache when we reached there and hotel guys gave us tablet and vicks. They have arranged very nice food from outside which is delicious and Moderate price.

Hotels are not good and can we asked for sedan car but we didn't expected that they provide Swift dezire .there is no AC but the driver is so honest and good

since this trip has ended i m better at summarising the experience -: Negatives 1-at times travel triangle team response was very carefree, they did not look into complaints carefully and did not check for errors before posting the asked documents. 2-customize my trip(CMT) though promised complimentary breakfast in all three hotels ,but the very first oyo homestay hotel denied breakfast and gave it only when told that it had been promised in hotel voucher.this was brought into notice of designated CMT agent next day but still the next two hotels in beginning denied provision of breakfast and only provided when they were repeatedly told and shown hotel vouchers.instead of complimentary breakfast it felt like begging.Even when informed after day 1st the repetition of this suggests that that CMT team had no interest in instructing the hotel about complimentary breakfast. 2-none of the hotels had proper cutlery and utensils for serving of complimentary breakfast, it was as if they were forced to provide breakfast. 3-whatever the star status category CMT team might think they provided us but even a small hotel provides proper bedsheets ans towels .the hotel in rameshwaram was pathetic it had dirty sheets which were changed when told and dirty towels Positives 1-driver for trip nizam was good and was the only good thing in this travel experience 2-CMT advisor was prompt enough to tailor the invoice as per need all in all not what i expected

it was very nice trip, . The hotel was good and breakfast was good ,. Cab driver not guidance and visits and knowledge he shared.It was mostly one word answer so wasn't comfortable most of the times, Sightseeing was good.

Nice trip.one thing i wolud like to recommend in package that you should include mysore instead of ooty if you are covering kodaikanal in tour package. It will be best. As there are same things in ooty like kodaikanal. Good time at Kodaikanal. Nice hotel at ooty .good food and nice hotel place
