Cons: - There knowledge of Thailand itinerary is very standard. They do not have in depth info about off-beat or non-standard locations/activities which tourists can do. - Most of the research about good hotels and spots had to be done by me. Their recommendations were not very apt. - The ground team in Thailand is completely another agency who SPSV has been partnered with. - As a result the itinerary is actually finalized by them and not SPSV. SPSV has very little say in deciding the sequence of spots. - Once you reach the destination, SPSV is almost absent. Everything is in local team's hand But overall the joint effort was good and we had a pleasant holiday.
