We booked a 7D/6N Krabi & Phuket package with Trip Trail through Travel Triangle for our family of 4 adults and 2 children this was our first international tour, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, Yugal and his team displayed exceptional professionalism – every detail of the itinerary was shared with us in advance, making the trip completely stress-free. The tour was meticulously organised – from smooth airport transfers and well-planned excursions to family-friendly activities that kept both adults and kids engaged. What impressed us the most was the constant support from their local team in Thailand, who were available round the clock to address queries or provide assistance whenever needed. This ensured we could simply relax and enjoy our holiday without any concerns. Another standout aspect was their transparency and integrity. All expenses were clearly communicated, and when flight charges reduced, they proactively revised and lowered our package cost. Such honesty is rare and truly commendable. I recently booked my Thailand trip with Navigatio, thanks to Parul Singh, and I must say it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had! ✨ From Phuket to Krabi and even the breathtaking Phi Phi Islands, everything was planned to perfection. The hotels arranged by Navigatio were really nice – comfortable, clean, and located in prime areas, which made exploring so much easier. Their tour package was well-curated, covering all the must-visit spots without making it feel rushed. What impressed me the most was their excellent communication. The team was always available to answer queries, provide updates, and guide me throughout the trip. Everything from transfers, sightseeing, to activities was smooth and hassle-free. Thanks to Navigatio, I could just relax and enjoy my holiday without worrying about the little details.

Over all experience was OK. But telhere were 3 4 issue in the trip. 1. It was said by travel triangle agent khushi that your C fee has been waived off, but at the tillme of fimal payment she and the team denied completely. This was very bad from their side. 2. When it was asked to book hotels where Veg breakfast should be there but out of 3 hotels 2 hotels were not having veg breakfast.. only breads were there. 3. Travel agents have not informed about the security deposit in each hotels.. hotels have charged 2000 baht as security deposite. As checked with other customers in hotels they were not asked for deposits, as land package includes hotels also, so if there was any deposit then it should be included and informed in starting. 4. Why customer email id is not given for any updates.. our flight no. got changed and we were not informed about. This was very serious issue.. Trip was good. Enjoyed.. but it could be more better as more places could be covered as more leisure time was given.

The trip was very well executed in terms of punctuality and pick up and drop facilities. There was a specific issue I would like to highlight. The lunch provided from the boat operators during poda island tour and Phi phi island tours was absolutely not acceptable for vegetarians. They only had rice and salad for vegetarian eaters. This definitely needs improvement and thoughtfulness. Also for snorkelling there was no guidance provided from boat operators. It was only for people who knew how to swim. Sunset at Poda island
