Good things: 1.) The good part for this booking was the co-ordination and customization provided by Himani madam. Very polite behaviour and hear out customer s very well. 2.) Itineary desinged according to requirements so able to cover the whole itineary. Average things: 1.) Trip was booked well in advanced, but driver and cab details were not even shared 10 hours before start of trip. We clearly told at time of advanced booking that New model of Innova is required, but at the very end moment they provide very old model of Innova which was not comfortable, basic radio/FM was not working. 2.) Driver behavior was un-friendly. He was not at all aware of our route and itineary. We guided him the whole journey through Google location on our phone. Good part somehow, we were able to cover full itineary. 3.) Hotels for Pune, Aurangabad and Ahmednagar were very good but in the end the hotel boooked at Nashik provided the worst experince. Basic facility provided in room were not working but anyways with good support provided by Himani madam, things got managed.

Nirmeetpadhy's 7 days trip to Maharashtra

This is my 6th trip with travel triangle and by far the worst trip ever. The cab and the driver were too old to ride. The hotels were good in shirdi and aurangabad, but the worst hotel I have ever experienced in lonavala and mumbai. The cab was very annoyingly calling the driver repeatedly 5 to 7 times a day asking him to take shortcuts in the lonely roads at the night time, which is not at all safe for a family ride. I would request you, don't ever give such bad experience in a family trip.

Tjhollingsworth's 2 days trip to Maharashtra

I did a 2 day Aurangabad trip with this group and it went off without a hitch. Pretty long distances from Aurangabad to Ajanta Caves, like 2 hours and then the return. Road wasn’t great but the driver handled it fine. I’d recommend these guys, but if you get the same driver I had, hopefullly he learns more English. We were able to communicate but it was real difficult. Also, word to the wise… Make sure you have some kind of cell service all the time there. The driver and I communicated via txting when I needed picked up and it was challenging as I had no cell service from my provider. If I was to do it again, I’d have purchased a SIM card for my entire time in India. Otherwise, I’d definitely recommend this outfit.

Thank you for seeking feedback from us for our pilgrimage tour from 6th September 2022 to 16th September 2022. Our feedback is detailed below. 1.The bus provided for the tour is good and AC is running effectively. However we would like to point out that the seats width is less. We have adjusted and completed the tour. The driver is highly professional and excellent in his behaviour and attitude. 2.Hotel Blizzard Inn, Mahabaleshwar is very good and has given us value for money. 3.Kolhapur Hotel Pearl: very good hotel and excellent service. 4. Hotel Centre point, Solapur: The rooms are satisfactory. However their restaurant is in poor condition. Ambience is poor. Cutlery and crockery is not being maintained and have stain marks. staff also not cooperative. 5.Parli Hotel Piyush Inn: this is very good and professionally managed. staff also very cooperative. 6. Aurangabad Hotel click: Professional management and very cooperative staff. 7.Shirdi : Friends resort: This resort is very badly organized. Internet not working. Unable to take credit card payment. Rooms are very big and like dormitories. (photos sent while joining hotel). Lenin not changed in rooms. Kitchen is in very poor condition. Foregone our breakfast, after seeing their kitchen condition. 8.Pune Quality INN: Very good and professionally managed. The approach road to the hotel is very narrow. On the day of arrival, the bus driver and security guard had an altercation regarding parking of the vehicle in side the hotel premises. However the matter was settled amicably. Overall the tour was successful and enjoyed the hospitality though there were minor hiccups earlier.
