Thahir's 4 days trip to North East

Overall our trip was good with few things that could be much better. The first resort booked which was the Cherapunjee holiday resort was the best of all, the hospitality provided by the resort was superb , our stay there was extremely enjoyable. The second resort that was booked was the Ka Bri War resort near Dawki which was actually just a hotel and no resort like amenities in it yet . It was just ok . The third resort that was booked was the Roinam retreat which was extremely disappointing for the price that we paid to the travel agency. The wooden floors had nails that had come out at few places , the shower head not functioning properly, the shower curtain was dirty , the swimming pool not cleaned and maintained. The food was good though , the staff were polite . There was a leaflet in the room that the guest will be charged 150 rupees for the hand towel and 500 rupees for the bath towel if missing from room and if anything damaged the guest is responsible which was disturbing . The driver was good and polite . We felt that we ourselves could have done much better than what the travel agency did for the price we paid to them .

Sachin's 8 days trip to North East

Overall the trip was amazing. Hotels were good and most of the time one way or close to destination. Cleanliness was great in most of the hotels. Food was good. The exceptional service and help was provided by cab driver, Mr. Joy. Very decent personality and most of his suggestions in sight seeing help to save time and explore more. His safr driving was noticeable, and helped to explore hassle-free. The only suggestion to Euphoria is to share more details to tourist to avoid last moment enquiries. Thanks a lot Euphoria and Aloka Madam to make our North -East journey most memorable. Overall has nice experience. However, Bumala pass (India-China border, Tawang) was exceptional experience at minus 8°. Snow was falling, Everything were covered with snow. That was all amazing.
