Bali Tour Packages From Kolkata

Bali tour packages from Kolkata with 4-star hotels, transfers, sightseeing and flights at live fares.: rated 4.5/5 (based on 5499 reviews) | Packages starting from ₹15,999/-

Kolkata to Bali at a Glance (2026)

A Bali tour package from Kolkata starts at Rs 64,500 per person for 5 nights before flights, with 4-star hotels in Kuta, Lovina, Jimbaran and Ubud, daily breakfast, private transfers and the island's big days out: the Kecak fire dance at Uluwatu, the Tanah Lot sea temple and the Kintamani volcano. Kolkata is the closest Indian metro to Bali, 4,545 km away.
There is still no non-stop flight, so you change planes once, usually in Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur or Singapore, and land at Denpasar 9 to 13 hours after leaving Dum Dum.

Card prices cover the land package. Your planner adds return flights from Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport at the live fare for your dates in the same quote, or leaves them out if you already hold tickets, and can swap hotels, days and activities before you pay. Indian passports get a visa on arrival, Bali charges a one-time tourist levy, and grilled fish and pure-veg food are both easy to find. To compare every Bali itinerary we sell, including departures from other cities, browse all Bali tour packages from India.

Fascinating Bali Indonesia Package From Kolkata 6N/7D: Kuta 3N, Nusa Lembongan 1N, Seminyak 2N 3-star: Kuta Lagoon Resort & Pool Villas, Hai Tide Beach Resort, Destiny Boutique Hotel Rs 73,999 A night on an island, plus a driver-guide and entrance fees covered

The Rs 64,500 trip is the best value here and the best reviewed. It is also the only one that sleeps a night on the north coast at Lovina, so the long Bedugul and Gitgit day ends at a beach hotel instead of a 3-hour drive back to Kuta. The Rs 73,999 trip costs Rs 9,499 more for one extra night, and that night is on Nusa Lembongan, reached by catamaran with a barbecue lunch on board. It is also the only package here that pays for an English-speaking driver-guide and every entrance ticket on the plan. Prices are the lowest live prices per person on twin sharing and move with the month and hotel choice.

Bali Trip Cost from Kolkata (Per Person and Per Couple)

A 5-night Bali trip from Kolkata costs about Rs 98,000 to Rs 1.18 lakh per person on our best-value package once you add return flights, the visa on arrival and the tourist levy. For a couple that comes to about Rs 1.96 lakh to Rs 2.36 lakh. The table adds every fixed charge so you can compare like for like.

Package Package price (2 people) Visa on arrival + levy (2 people) Return flights from Kolkata (2 people) Couple total with flights
5N/6D Astounding Indonesia (4-star) Rs 1,29,000 about Rs 7,000 Rs 60,000 to Rs 1,00,000 about Rs 1.96 lakh to Rs 2.36 lakh
6N/7D Fascinating Bali Indonesia (3-star) Rs 1,47,998 about Rs 7,000 Rs 60,000 to Rs 1,00,000 about Rs 2.15 lakh to Rs 2.55 lakh
5N/6D Bali Tour Package (4-star) Rs 1,50,000 about Rs 7,000 Rs 60,000 to Rs 1,00,000 about Rs 2.17 lakh to Rs 2.57 lakh

Flights are the biggest moving part. A return economy ticket from Kolkata runs about Rs 30,000 to Rs 50,000 a head. Most of the spread comes from your dates. Apart from the few meals each itinerary names, lunch and dinner are on you. A plate of nasi campur at a Kuta warung costs a few hundred rupees, while grilled snapper and prawns on the sand at Jimbaran can pass Rs 3,000 for two. For a smaller budget, the budget Bali tour packages start lower. For private pool villas, see the luxury Bali tour packages.

Kolkata to Bali Flights: Routes, Time and Distance

No airline flies non-stop from Kolkata to Bali, so every trip changes planes once. Flights leave Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport (CCU) at Dum Dum and land at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). The straight-line distance from Kolkata to Bali is 4,545 km, shorter than from any other Indian metro, and the full journey takes about 9 to 13 hours depending on the connection.

Route from Kolkata First leg Onward to Denpasar (DPS) Total time Typical return economy fare
Via Bangkok Thai Airways, Thai AirAsia or IndiGo, non-stop, about 2 h 30 min Thai Airways, Thai AirAsia or Thai Lion Air, about 4 h 30 min About 9 to 12 h Rs 30,000 to Rs 45,000
Via Kuala Lumpur AirAsia or Malaysia Airlines, non-stop, about 3 h 45 min AirAsia, Malaysia Airlines or Batik Air, about 3 h About 9 to 13 h Rs 28,000 to Rs 40,000
Via Singapore Singapore Airlines or IndiGo, non-stop, about 4 h Singapore Airlines or Scoot, about 2 h 40 min About 9 to 12 h Rs 38,000 to Rs 55,000
Via Bengaluru CCU to BLR, many daily, about 2 h 40 min IndiGo, daily overnight non-stop About 12 to 14 h Rs 35,000 to Rs 50,000

Fares are per person for a return economy ticket on an ordinary week, from searches in October 2026. Kuala Lumpur usually has the lowest fares, so check baggage rules on low-cost tickets. Festival weeks can push any routing well past the top of its range.

Bangkok is the natural hub for Kolkata. The first leg is barely longer than a flight to Delhi, Thai and Thai AirAsia both run onward to Denpasar, and because Bali sits 2 hours 30 minutes ahead of Kolkata, a late-night departure gets you to your Kuta hotel by early afternoon.

On a single through-ticket you stay airside at the hub and need no transit visa. For baggage rules, airport tips and every Indian route compared, read our guide on how to reach Bali.

Bali Visa on Arrival and Tourist Levy for Indians

Indian passport holders do not need a visa before they travel. Buy a visa on arrival at Ngurah Rai, or the same visa online as an e-VoA before you board to skip the counter queue.

What you need Detail
Visa on arrival / e-VoA IDR 500,000 (about Rs 2,700), valid 30 days, extendable once for another 30 days
Bali tourist levy IDR 150,000 (about Rs 800) per person, paid once per trip at lovebali.baliprov.go.id
Passport Valid at least 6 months from your arrival date, with blank pages
Arrival card All Indonesia arrival card, filled online within 72 hours before landing

Pay the levy and fill the arrival card before you leave for Dum Dum, and keep both QR codes on your phone. The full process, including the e-VoA form, is in our Bali visa for Indians guide.

Sample 5 Nights 6 Days Bali Itinerary from Kolkata

This is how a Kolkata to Bali tour package runs day by day, using our Astounding Indonesia 6 Days Tour Package From Kolkata, the 5-night trip that covers Bali end to end, timed around a late-night Bangkok connection. Every day can be swapped or stretched with your planner.

Day Where you stay What you do
Day 1 Kuta Land around midday. Private transfer to Kuta, a short rest, then the drive to Uluwatu, a temple on a cliff above the Indian Ocean, for the Kecak fire dance at sunset, sung by about 50 men with no instruments
Day 2 Lovina (Singaraja) A full day driving north: the Tanah Lot sea temple in the morning, the moated Taman Ayun royal temple at Mengwi, the Ulun Danu Beratan lake temple at Bedugul and the 35-metre Gitgit waterfall. The night is at a beach resort in Lovina
Day 3 Jimbaran Drive south to Jimbaran for water sports: 15 minutes of parasailing, a jet ski run and a beginner's dive off Nusa Dua. Grilled seafood on the bay at sunset is the evening to plan around
Day 4 Ubud Transfer up to Ubud. The afternoon is free for the hotel pool, a Balinese massage or the Ubud Art Market
Day 5 Ubud Kintamani day: the silversmiths of Celuk, the woodcarvers of Mas, Tegallalang rice terraces, a coffee stop at the Basanta agro plantation, the Mount Batur crater view and the Goa Gajah cave
Day 6 Departure Breakfast, transfer to Ngurah Rai and the flight home through your connecting city

Two upgrades are worth asking about on any trip. A Nusa Penida day gets you to Kelingking Beach and Broken Beach, and the 4 am Mount Batur summit trek replaces the crater view with the sunrise from the top. Read about the Nusa Penida day trip before you decide.

Best Time to Visit Bali from Kolkata

The best time to visit Bali from Kolkata is April to October, Bali's dry season. April to June and September give the same weather as the July and August peak with fewer crowds, and Puja week in October falls at the dry end, so book it earliest. November to March brings short, heavy afternoon showers, so a Christmas trip means lower hotel rates, higher fares and a rain jacket.

Bali shuts down for Nyepi, the Day of Silence, once a year. In 2027 it falls on Monday 8 March, and Ngurah Rai airport closes for 24 hours, so no flights land or leave that day. For a month-by-month breakdown, read our guide on the best time to visit Bali.

Tips for Travellers from Kolkata

  • Eat the fish. Bengali travellers who miss maacher jhol will find plenty of comfort on Jimbaran Bay, where grilled snapper and prawns come with sambal and rice. Ask for ikan bakar at any warung. Ubud has dozens of vegetarian cafés, and Kuta and Seminyak have Indian restaurants for a dal-rice night.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service & Highly Recommended I had a wonderful experience with Auranaya Travel while planning and during my trip to Bali. A special thanks to Mr. Krishna Kumar Yadav, who guided and supported me throughout the journey. Krishna was extremely helpful, responsive, and dependable f
rom the planning stage until my trip was completed. His guidance helped make my Bali experience smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. What I appreciated the most was his support when I unexpectedly ran short of funds for my personal expenses while I was in Bali. Krishna went beyond his responsibility as a travel agent and helped me arrange the necessary funds at a time when I genuinely needed assistance. His willingness to help me even with something outside the normal scope of travel services showed his commitment to his customers. I sincerely appreciate Krishna Kumar Yadav and Auranaya Travel for their professionalism, reliability, and personal attention. Having someone trustworthy and easily reachable while travelling abroad gives you great peace of mind. Thank you, Krishna, for your excellent service and for being there when I needed help the most. I would happily recommend Auranaya Travel and Krishna Kumar Yadav to anyone planning a trip. Definitely 5 stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service & Highly Recommended

Prem's 6 days trip to Bali

The trip was organised well in advance, with specific instructions ensuring the comfort level of travellers (all travellers were senior citizens). Given below are major observations for further improvement: 1. 06/09/26: Arrival in Bali: There was an arrival time difference between the two groups. I
t could have been better if separate pickup was arranged so that excessive waiting time could have been avoided by the first group members. The reason was the distance between the airport and the place of stay. The travel advisor could have arranged the itinerary in such a way that the first day was spent at a nearby place. Anyway, not a major issue. 2. Stay at Ubud: The property was good; the only issue was that it was not properly maintained. In two villas, the room fridge was not working. The next day, a mechanic was called, and he suggested replacement. Toiletries were not filled in before arrival; even the tea pouches were made available on request. Warm water was not available in some villas. The major issue was property selection; all members were entitled to equal amenities, whereas in fact, the villa configuration was different for two facilities. The tour organiser was aware of the same, and we were kept in the dark. 3. 07/09: The day was spent well. The driver arrived on time. No major issues. 4. 08/09: The sightseeing itinerary planning was OK. But faced issues at the new property. The rooms allotted were not accessible by lift, whereas members were having knee issues and were not OK with stairs. After a lot of persuasion, the rooms were shifted. It was specifically mentioned that since the group comprises senior citizens, either book the rooms on the ground floor or the lift should be accessible on the upper floor. If, after arrival, we have to manage that, why at all are we engaging a travel organiser is a moot question. 5. 09/09: The itinerary planning was poor. Returned to the hotel by around 3.30 pm; had to miss one scheduled activity as there was a gap of 3 hrs in the next item on the schedule, whereas the plan mentioned that it was till 8 pm. The planning was at fault. 6. While finalising the itinerary, the organiser missed one major activity of bali swing. It is an iconic activity associated with Bali. Don't know why it was not included. Secondly, in the itinerary, there is a reference to a volcano visit which was not covered. Further, at Nusa Penida: In the itinerary, it was mentioned to keep IRD 25K per person for the broken bridge, but we were taken to two places where, at each place, the entry fee of 25K was demanded, and we were short of cash. The driver had no idea about the speedboat, dropped us at a location too far away, and we had to walk more than one kilometre, whereas the nearest parking was available within walking distance (say, 50-100 meters) 7. 11/09: Early morning (4 AM) departure to the airport was not well coordinated. 8. Last but not least: In a foreign country, the driver is the sole communicator between travellers and the local community. We were told the driver cum guide would be English-speaking. We can understand the limitation, but communication skills are a critical factor and needs serious improvement. Being professional is different, but travellers need a companion during the trip, which was a major miss. Summary: We enjoyed the trip, but the experience could have been better. I would say that we deserve compensation for the deficiency of services we faced during the trip to restore our confidence in Travel Triangle to assign our future trips (this was 3rd trip we organised through Travel Triangle)
