Prasenjit's 12 days trip to Europe

It was a long planned trip to Europe , comprising of 3 main countries (France , Switzerland & Italy) in 12 days. Started off with multiple vendors and their quotes , but finally selected Hub Holiday based on my interaction with Rohit and Prashanth. The rates which were given to me was highly competitive. Thumbs up to it. PROS : ===== 1) First and Foremost , Highly competitive rates. 2) Excellent response time from Prashanth , not only before the start of the trip but also during trip. There was one case where I did not have a connecting train ticket printout with me in Venice Railway station. Got response within 30 sec from Prashant and got the ticket. Hats off to that. 3) Support during changed requirements was nicely handled. After initial plan , I requested changes for inclusion of PISA. It was excellently managed. Thumbs up. 4) Politeness of the persons in Hub Holiday. Every interaction of mine was handled with utmost sincerity. Good job. IMPROVEMENT AREAS (I will not say CONS as these people are new to travel organizing compared to other agents) =================== 1) I think , practical knowledge about the countries are really needed ( not only google / blog study ) for an effective itinerary creation. There were several instances where the station / bus stop is far from hotel , without even us knowing how to reach. Even though we managed with Google Maps and other ways , but for older and not-to-tech-savvy people , it might not be easy. So either detailed guideline or easy transport details should be given during travel voucher sending ( this i even asked , but did not get ) 2) Best transport options suggestion really would help a first time traveler. For example , in both Paris and Rome Hop-On Hop Off buses are waste of money. Much better option is to get Metro Tickets in bulk and use them for transportation. They are much cheap as well as very fast , so saving both money and time. These suggestions should be given and recommended. 3) Louvre / Vatican City etc. museums are always recommended to be visited with guides , or else it will just be some idols / arts without knowing what exactly are they. I felt , if we were told these things before hand explicitly , maybe we would have got better deal. Actually in Vatican , I had to book on-spot-guides , which is much more costly compared to prebooking of guides from Vatican itself. 4) VISA Planning : This was really scary for us. Even though i enquired with Rohit and asked him about VISA , his initial suggestion was 1 to 1.5 month was more than enough for Shenzhen VISA. But later we came to know , for some countries like Italy , it is always better to apply 3 months in advance as they take long time to issue VISA . For us , we received our VISA just 5 days before our travel, which was really scary. We even asked Prashant not to book any other vouchers like Eiffel Tower and other things. This resulted in , in last moment , we did not get online slots to book ticket at all and finally after reaching Paris , I had to book it separately. So these things needs to be handled in better way by guiding the first time travelers. Overall the trip went well and we were able to visit all the places as PLANNED. A Big Thank you to Prashant and team. Wish to get in touch with Hub Holiday again in future.

Kameswari's 4 days trip to London

I immensely thank Mr. Prashant Daroch & Mr. Shubham Gupta for having taken keen interest and booked out tickets meticulously, our Hotel bookings were done taking into consideration the closest distance from the station, so that it was within the walking distance, the guided tours and also the pick up from the Airport in Rome, the trip to Amalfi Coast covering Ravello, Positano & Sorrento, guided tour to Pompeii from Naples, the tour to Pisa from Florence were superb. All the inter city transfers were booked by trains & there was never a hitch i.e., transfer from Rome to Naples, Naples to Florence, Florence to Padova. Even the "Hop-on & Hop-off" bus tickets were booked in Rome and it was very convenient way of seeing the place at your convenience & added convenience was that the boarding & ending points were close to our Hotel (within walking distance). The Hotels booked were very good and made our stay comfortable in every way be it food, the cleanliness & a always ambience. Mr. Prashant & Mr. Shubham were always very courteous & did their best to help us out with our itinerary , tickets, hotel booking, tours, train tickets etc and also my invoices were provided. In all our group of eight people has a fabulous tour which will forever remain etched in our memories. A wonderful job by Mr Prashant & Mr. Shubham. The duo really deserves accolades. Thank you for everything. Regards. G Kameswari Mob- 7506195992

Kadambri's 6 days trip to Italy

The overall experience was really good.we had a great time in all the three cities.Things moved as per our planned iternary. However would like to share few experiences so as your team can keep this in mind for any other travelers.first experienxe-the driver who came to pick us up looked little irritated as he had to wait for quite sometime.Though our flight arrived on time but I guess he came there an hour before and thus had to wait long but with no fault of ours. Second I-I believe planning a visit to Venice itself makes Gondola ride inevitable. It is a kind of experience which every traveler looks forward to.I would suggest to keep it a private tour instead of a shared tour so that the experience goes at par with expectations.I would suggest to prediscuss this with each traveler and then take it forward accordingly and customize if need be.Rest all was really good, the services and responses from the agent were very prompt and supportive .Thanks for making it so beautiful..Will definitely like to take your services in future as well Visit to Vatican city, florence -tower of pisa and so many others

Pawan's 12 days trip to Europe

I went on a honeymoon to Switzerland and Italy for 11 days. I posted my requirement on travel traingle and I got the good quote from holiday Aces. The team is very helpful, they will help you with everything like what to do, how to go somewhere. They will be connected to you via WhatsApp and phone. The hotels were amazing, the only problem I had was one of the hotel was little inside from the main road and we had to walk with our luggage. Overall I had a great time. I liked the team the way they helped me. I will certainly go ahead with holiday Aces for my future trips. Titlis and Jungfrau was amazing in Switzerland and the gandola ride in Venice was exciting. Also going inside the leaning tower of Pisa was amazing, the stairs were slanted, I felt like someone is pushing me towards the other side.

Italy 10 Feb 2019 - 16 Feb 2019 Tour was very well organized starting from Delhi till reaching back to Delhi. Flight and Train tickets were so well timed that we never missed breakfast. We reached hotels just the right time from Airport/Train station that we never had to wait for check-in in hotels. Airlines, Trains and cabs booked for transport were very well organized. Everything was on time no delay. We never missed any sightseeing because of delay in transportation. Hotels were good, we didn't spend much time at hotels as we were exploring the beautiful cities of Italy. All the information about important locations, mode of travel, availability of food, weather conditions, mobile phone sim card, offline google maps, clothing as per weather etc. was made available before we started. This helped us a lot in travelling and exploring our more in Italy. We visited Rome, Florence and Venice, two days stay at each city. Sightseeing of one day was booked by the agency and one day was free for us to explore on our own. In Rome Colosseum, was booked for day one (3 hr trip) it covers colosseum and two more spots nearby. Next Day we took a hop on hop off bus tour, covered the almost all the locations in Rome. In Florence, the first day was free so we explored the local sites and churches. Day two, we went for Pisa tour. It takes half a day to go and come back from Pisa. In Venice, the first day was free so we explored the Venice on our own. Spent the night of Valentine's Day in Venice, that was the best part of Venice. Next Day we went on a trip to Murono and Burano islands. Next morning cab was ready for airport transfer. Our hotels were very close to train stations, metros and Indian Restaurants, so we never had any problem with travel, transport and food. Everything was not more than 700m away. Supermarket and restaurants were close. Thank you Nisar from Memorable Vacations Holidays for the awesome arrangement.

Komalshankaran's 7 days trip to Greece

Our trip started from Rome to Florence and Venice. The trip could have been much better and our one day to Tuscan village was ruined because of late info from agent. There were so many things which could have been included like museums, art gallery and so on. The place is worth the visit but nobody informed us about commute system in Venice and all the points were very far from hotel .The services should be improved definitely if we are spending so much money and special arrangements should be done for honeymoon. Marina da Pisa Beach day out which we did by our own because our Tuscany lunch and day out was cancelled due to agent late info.

Vivek's 9 days trip to Europe

We, family of three people, travelled 9 nights france and italy package. First of all, travel triangle made my job very easy as it provides lot of travel agents with various customized options. I chose vacations madcap as my travel agent as he was on the point and explained me everything in detail. Hotels and trips were arranged as per my requirements. He gave me the hotels in the main city so that to have ease access. Saurabh was courteous and friendly through out the trip. Few things i didnt like was about his honesty...he told me that my day in florence has extended and a cut day in rome but as i wanted to see pisa, i insisted to stay a day more in florence. Even though i have asked him two three times on places to visit in florence, he was quiet and i got the help of google. But only then after i reached florence, i came to know that almost all the important places in florence are closed on monday. It was highly disappointed from his side which made us to miss places in florence. Had he informed us before, we would have arranged alternative. Second, i never bargained with the price and gave him extra bucks when he faced rise in hotel prices due to our rejection of schengan visa but he gave us the gondola which is on sharing basis. It was neither informed nor mentioned in the ticket. Six people in gondola ride as there were no space i sat on the steps if the boat. But, the more disappointment was after my trip, when i was ready to give my feedback and suggestions, he was no longer interested to hear that.
