History of New York
New York City has a rich historical past. The city was called the Duke of York in the year 1664. It was done so in honor of the duke, King James II of England. The city was created during the time of the Wisconsin glaciation thousands of years ago. This caused the creation of the central Manhattan area, Long Island, and Staten Island. There was a time in the city before colonialism took over when the Native Americans used to inhabit the area. The Dutch took over the city in the year 1624. After much resistance, the Dutch gave in and the English took over in 1664. Later, the American Revolution came and the Americans lost the war against the Britishers. A peaceful treaty happened later and New York slowly and steadily found its place in the structure of the country. Ever since, a lot has happened and evolved in the city. It is rightly said that the city has gone through a lot and there is so much history hiding into the deep crevices of its fragments.

Trip to HimachalSome of the hotels are good but locations are not easily accessible particularly when there are aged tourists with you. As for New Delhi hotels, please check with the hotel authorities whether they really meet star standards. For example, Good Luck hotel at Delhi does not fulfil the standards of a three star hotel. They don't even have plates to serve the food. Manali Hotel was the best. Hotel at Shimla was very co-operative and extended all possible assistance. On the way back, New Delhi hotel was very good. In all the hotels, except Good Luck, the staff members were very helpful.
Trip to BaliWe had an amazing experience. The cab was really good and we got a new car which was hardly used. Only advice - please clean the car (interior included) everyday before the guests onboard. Our driver Surya from Indo Jaya Travels was a nice chap. We had a small issue regarding our spa schedule and we contacted Akash (from Journey Routers) to help us. The service was prompt and the issue was resolved pretty quickly. Overall - very good experience and I would definitely look forward for more tours with Travel Triangle + Journey Routers.

Trip to HimachalOur trip has been a memorable one, thanks to Cesta Journey, they are one of the most professional travel agents available on travel triangle. They have followed up with me on daily basis and have enquired about the hotels, cab and food. In Dharmshala we have to change the hotel as the hotel provided to us was not that good, Cesta Journey have helped us there as well, they have followed up with the hotel management and have shifted us to a new and comfortable hotel. The driver Mr. R.P Singh is one of the finest and humble human being we have met, his driving skills are the example of perfection. He is well aware of the route and knows all the places and have good contacts if you are looking to go to Rohtang. In the end I would like to extend my heartfelt of gratitude to Cesta Journey, travel triangle and Mr. R.P Singh for making this a memorable one.
Trip to DelhiIt was a good trip with a great driver. But had some dissatisfaction with the way the travel agent from Carlo travels supported. The check-in timings of the hotels are not mentioned in the voucher because of which had to pay an extra amount as we reached early before the check-in time. I have also sent my flight tickets to the agent well before to plan the schedule accordingly. They should have informed me before itself regarding the same.
Trip to DelhiThis was for a trip to Delhi Agra and Haridwar. Overall experience is good. Cab and driver are excellent. Hotel in Delhi (Hill palace) is a bit disappointment. Very small rooms and breakfast quality is poor. But the one in Haridwar (Urmi) is great. Overall had a nice trip. Thank you.
Trip to Kerala7 Day 6 night trip to Kerela- From Guruji Travels, Marketed by Rajan Sharma and Service operator was Megha. We have opted for a 3* hotel for our stay for 6 nights. Two of the hotels were not at all good. (Spice Jungle Resort Munnar and Ocean Bay resort Kovalum,) Both hotels water color to take shower was dirty. Ocean bay resort food was not at all good. Hotel cannot be reached by car, you have 100 mt distance to cover by walk and AC were switched off during day and night manually from outside. Karar Hotel at Thekkedy was good. Food at house boat in Alleppy was good, thought the house boat was not up to the mark. Cab Driver for the trip was punctual and had good sense of sharing information. Taxi provided look new from outside but once you are in you can make out the taxi AC start smelling damp and fungus. Guruji travel could have been more useful. Even though they shared and prompt with their services and response. This were only for name shake. They just say they will look into the issue, but never resolved any issues.
Trip to North EastOverall a good agency to help in planning your trip. There are few things I would like to highlight:- 1. North east provided brilliant cab driver Amar for Arunachal Pradesh. He seemed an honest guy and with no mindset to loot new customers. He was quite knowledgeable about timing of places to visit and informed us in advance to avoid inconvenience. Overall a brilliant cab service provider. I would rate him 5 out of 5 2. Most of our stays were good. Rooms were as promised were deluxe rooms n spacious. We loved Nameri national park's eco camp, La kupar Inn and Samdup Khang. However we are not happy with Tawang stay (Dolma khangshar) as the host was not prepared for providing services. When questioned, they gave an excuse for being it a off peak season. Food was a big issue there. Uncooked breakfast was served. Bread was not available for 2 days. Hot coffee was served cold. The room service for food was not good. Had to call them many times to get stuff like bowls, salt etc. Main door of the hotel was always locked and had to rang many times to get it open. Dogs were barking inside the premise all the times. I would rate Dolma 3 out of 5. In short, Dolma ppl don't know how to operate in this hotel service industry however they are good homely people. 3. Cab service during Meghalaya: Not so happy with Dhananjay's services. He was late for 45 mins on the first day. He made us to take a boating service from one of his known person for Dawki river who charged 1500 however the normal rate seems to be around 750-1000 rs. His first day's behaviour was enough to realise that we gotta be careful for rest of 3 days. I would rate him 3 out of 5
Trip to DelhiCab is good. Hotels are fine except the Ark of Avalon in Delhi. There are many Oyo rooms in Mahipalpur. You might opt for that. That's my feedback. Bit long journey. Otherwise trip is nice. Amristar Golden temple, Ratong Pass, Kulu water rafting, Manali and Delhi Qutumbinar.
Trip to DelhiThe travel agent was always available and helpful. The driver of the car was also a good guy who looked after us well. But the hotels were not up to the standard considering the amount charged. You could provide better hotels.
