Good cab and driver service...travel agent was prompt in resolving queries and concerns..little disappointed with hotel in mussoorie which was bit unhygenic, wifi, mobile phone and intercom all three were not working..had difficulties with connecting people..     Firstly, Mr Sunil Kumar Panda from Navicrow convinced me to make this trip as I contemplated what to do during the second week of my holiday. He gave me a good itinerary and helped me close in on the trip. I went to Nainital, Kasauni, Saraikhet and Jim Corbett from Delhi. Firstly, Navicrow formed a
    WhatsApp group to assist me which I felt was very reassuring. All the initial hiccups were amicably sorted, especially with the cab, which turned out to be a bit of a surprise. Navicrow managed it well, but the driver and car that they sent were outstanding. Hotels-wise, I was extremely delighted with the choices provided in Kasauni and Saraikhet. There were not many choices in Nainital. But it could have been a lot better in Jim Corbett. Thanks to Navicrow for arranging a great trip. Wish them well.
