The trip was great but the hotel at Mussoorie which we received on the first day was not good. The hotel was changed the next day and it was satisfactory.The trip went as planned and it was a good trip of Uttarakhand planned by Back 2 Holidays and their representative Shreya Chaturvedi! Improvement

could be done with communication on WhatsApp or calls to check how the trip is going. And hotel choices could be improved.

One hotel among the 3 was not booked by the agent but booking voucher was shared. Then the agent asked us to move to another hotel. When we took our stand and shouted at the agent he booked the same hotel at the last moment. Apart from that the experience was amazing.
