My recent trip to Kashmir with Adorable Tours was exceptional. Ms. Khushboo, my trip coordinator and she maintained constant communication with us, demonstrating a heartfelt concern for our well-being. She was there towards our entire trip and she gets regular updates from us as well as driver. Now, let me take a moment to applaud our exceptional driver, Mr.Nisar. He was more than just a driver, he became our guide and a friend. We had excellent communication and understanding. Trip was executed as per planned. Hotel selection as perfect and Khushboo made everything easy for us, I won't tell this as a costly trip and she made it as luxury trip at low cost. We had language issues, but Khushboo was there to translate during shopping as well. I highly recommend Adorable Tours and Travels to anyone looking for a stress-free and memorable travel experience. Thank you for making our dream vacation a reality!

Booked Kashmir trip through travel triangle. Emaar was the travel agency that arranged our trip. Everything went well finally so nothing to complain. Zainab was the trip agent assigned to us. She was very helpful and accommodating. She was connected with us through-out the trip to check how it is going for us. There were some issues with hotel booking initially but that was sorted. Hotels that were initially selected and quoted for weren't available after a day. Luckily, alternate hotels offered turned out to be good except in Pahalgam. During peak tourist season, it's difficult to trust their words on hotels availability. Need to be a little careful before making advance payment. It was a good experience overall. I would recommend Emaar to anyone planning trip to Kashmir.

I appreciate the Kashmir Heaven Tours and Travel for their effort put into organizing the trip, there are a few areas that I believe could be improved upon for future travelers. Firstly, the accommodation provided was quite far from the main sightseeing points. This resulted in excessive travel time and added inconvenience during our trip. It would be beneficial to consider accommodations that are closer to the key attractions to enhance the overall experience for travelers. Additionally, I noticed that some of the local services and experiences arranged through your agency were priced at a premium, comparable to rates charged to foreign visitors. It would be advantageous for your agency to establish partnerships with local providers to ensure fair and reasonable pricing for travelers, thus enhancing the value proposition of your packages. Overall, I believe addressing these points would significantly improve the quality of service offered by your agency and enhance the satisfaction of travelers like myself. I booked an 8 days, 7 nights package of Kashmir with hermosa travels through travel triangle. From the beginning Hermosa representative was very proactive and courteous in her support. Janat from hermosa quickly created the plan and was in constant touch to tweak and improve the itinerary according to the needs of me and my family that includes small kids. She give me over 7-8 different options, multiple hotel choices and she was very helpful in ensuring our needs were met while also suggesting her own improvements based on her local experience. The booking, quotes etc was very smooth. Janat reminded us on time to book the Gulmarg gondola's which are limited. Farah also from Hermosa then ensured our travel was smooth and everything was taken care of. During our trip, we rarely had to call Hermosa for anything as everything was arranged and planned really well. The driver (Iqbal) was amazing and flexible to our needs. He gave good suggestions and ensured we did not fall into the trap of guides or other tourist frenzies in each location. Overall the complete experience with Hermosa was amazing starting with booking, hotels, cab to the arrangements at the hotels as well. I would strongly recommend Hermosa for anybody planning a trip to Kashmir. Thanks for great memories. Vijay

Good Hotel selection. Farah is very good travel advisor. Driver Imtiyaz was good. There were issues with food in hotel but we managed it. Houseboat was very neat and clean. Food at houseboat was delicious.Thank you Farah for making trip wonderful. I will surely recommend Hermosa tours (operated by Farah) for Kashmir. Horse ride in Pahelgam, Gondola ride in Gulmarg and house boat in Nigeen lake.

The Trip was very good. but due to the weather conditions we missed some of the points. But rest of the travel was good. Our driver was extremely good, inspite of the issue with katra bypass, he managed to drop us to katra before the expected time.
