We recently completed our trip and overall it was a good experience. The hotels arranged were comfortable and well maintained. The cab driver was polite and drove safely throughout the trip. However, we faced some challenges due to language barriers. Since we are from South India and the driver spo

ke only Hindi, communication was sometimes difficult. Additionally, apart from the package inclusions, we did not receive much support from the vendor or driver for local arrangements. For activities like booking union taxis and other plans outside the package, we had to manage on our own. Because of this, we struggled with bargaining and ended up paying higher charges. We feel the package vendor could improve their service by assisting customers with local coordination and guidance beyond just hotel and cab arrangements. Overall, the trip was good, but better support and communication would have made the experience much smoother and more comfortable.

She helped me plan the entire trip in a very good 4-star hotel, and all the commitments made by her were absolutely up to the mark. I am truly thankful to Mehak for her excellent coordination throughout the trip. The main travel goes with our driver, l/Family couldn't have got a better person. I was assigned driver/mybro Asif, and I cannot thank him enough. He treated my family like is own, he is our kin now. He was extremely genuine, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He guided me properly about places to visit, and helped me avoid unnecessary expenses. Asif was always on time — in fact, most of the time he arrived even before the scheduled time. Despite his duty hours ending, he stayed with us late at night just to ensure our experience remained comfortable and enjoyable. He was very polite, soft-spoken, and patient. The car was very neat and clean, and his driving was smooth, safe, and confident. I strongly recommend requesting Driver Asif — he genuinely makes the journey special. Highly recommended to book with Breezy Travels kashmir, this is my one of the best trip.
