St Petersburg Family Packages

I had travelled to srilanka with group of 4 members via travco adventures on May 1 St to May 7 th . I really liked the way Roshell and Fernando communicated with us and Roshell slowly and very politely explained all the details of itenary. Most importantly how many times u call Roshell to get details she will reply politely and do all the necessary details . I have asked for change of hotels in all places and they have done that and communication is very important which they have done to their best. They have done that very prompt. They have sent driver Dhanuka who was driving the car for 7 days . And his driving skills is too good and will inform a day before about the itenary and time to start the tour. It was indeed great trip. Thank u travos and especially Roshell and Fernando for the wonderful trip organised.

Pros : Good arrangement and schedule plan. All permits everything taken care by the Tourepedia. Thanks to Bharat. Good cab and drivers on 3rd day to 5th day, 7th to 9th day. Cons: In Lachung, the hotel is not met my expectations, agent should understand the customer requirement and book. There are other serval hotels which are good than Rufina Deezong(I stayed) , NO hot water in that 9degree weather which is not acceptable. They arranged bucket of hot water from other rooms. I asked cabs in good condition, the cab came on 6th day is horrible. 1 st day - driver was driving very fast in hills. 2nd day - driver dropped didn’t stop for any lunch he dropped in the middle of the road as he has some personal work.

Nice trip. Enjoyed. Anita from travel talkies listened all my concerns with patience and coordinated well. Minor issues we faced are We had to walk to the hotels at kalpa hotel echore the alpine crest they had charged us for dinner without informing us prior even through the dinner included in the package ,view of kinner kailash is fantastic from hotel and room is clean.At sangla hotel mount kailash food was ok kind, initially they told everything in the menu is available, after ordering informed us all the items are not available. View is fantastic from hotel. Room is clean. Aartik palace at shimla, green alpine at jibhi, pashmina hotel at Manali were good for food, clean rooms and nice stay. Stay at jibhi green alpine is a sweet memory near the river. Driver Tarun sharma was a polite driver. Overall trip was fantastic .Thank you travel triangle and travel talkies for such a memorable trip. Highly recommended Stay at jibhi was wonderfull. Sissu is a heaven on earth, and a must visit. Plan on April 1 St week or March end. We are lucky that atal tunnel opened on April 1st. Shimla to sangla road journey is very scenic. Sangla to chitkul is even more scenic. Chitkul and kalpa and sissu are heaven on earth .

We were in honeymoon no such feeling we found in room decorations, 1 St day misunderstanding from ur end cab driver dropped us in 2 nd hotel , don't ever mention in ur package that u r proving free sim (nice way to make fool) , candel night dinner was like samukhik vivah type arrangement didn't like arrangement (at least make sitting arrangement good away separate with cake n poppers , should have make it memorable but missing )

Mostly paid places is covered and not the free sightseeing. And there was holiday on 13 th due to tamil new year and this day we went only one place in colombo and whole day there was no sightseeing since colombo was closed that day and this was not informed to us by travel agent before finalising the itinerary.otherwise we can change the dates of flight and tour..and on 1 st day arrival missed two main attraction places this was also not informed to us that this places closed soon by 5 .30 pm. disappointed abt the trip to Sri lanka ..will not book tour through travel traingo , this was my first trip from travel trango.i will book from mmt only as clear communication and well planned itinerary is provided in benefit of customer.

We had a visit to Seychelles in first week of April and stayed in Mahe and Praslin , 3 nights each. It was with the help of Mr Kunal of Holidaybox. He was quite helpful all the time and contactable. He gave the best rate compared to other tour operators. Hotels booked at both Mahe and Praslin were good, Mahe hotel (Coral Strand Smart Choice ) was better with choice of 3 restaurants. It is advisable to buy 5L water bottles from nearby supermarkets as these are extremely costly in hotels. We also had a day tour to La Digue. Overall experience was good. I wish we knew that walking was not practical for us senior citizens in LaDigue and since we do not cycle and did not know about other options we had to shell out SCR 2000 taxi at an exorbitant price. It is advisable to pre- book electric buggy (cheaper) at LaDigue in advance for those who do not cycle but we had no prior information. All these buggies were pre-booked and we had to engage a taxi. The services of Creole travel service was amazingly perfect however the other provider Jadore for St Anne Marine national park was not that professional. They had mentioned wrong hotels against guests which caused confusion to the pick-up driver. Also we had to argue with Maria of the company to show the Moyenne island which was included in the voucher sent by them. Maria later promised us on phone (after lot of arguments) that she will refund the ticket price which was refunded eventually after return to India through Holiday box. The Barbecue lunch at Cerf island was also unclean and not good for vegetarians. Only Rice and Dal (pulses) were provided to vegetarians, no equivalent BBQ veg. I wish St Anne park was also booked with Creole travel services rather than Jadore.

There was a great experience.. 1 St time we enjoyed Kerala.. Hotels and in fact cab drive Zubin was so good.. travel unbounded is a very good agency.. Thanks to Mamta, she is very soft spoken and understand... Feel free to book with them

It was really nice the cab driver was so helpful and so nice also travel agent was always there if we have any questions or queries it was really nice experience with travel triangle Best 31 st night / jungle safari and the people

The property provided at Havelock was said to be a beach side property but when reached it was actually not. I paid for honeymoon package, which includes candle light dinner, wine, flower bed decorations and a cake. But when I reached andaman, I was said it was not included pls contact your travel agent. I had to make around 20 phone call to make sure I get everything and morever I had to remind them individually. 1 st they say dinner has been arranged, I had to remind them of wine. The next day I had to remind them of flower bed. I did not bother telling him about the cake. I was fed up. It was travel agents responsibility to communicate everything properly to our local tour guide. The cake was not provided which I paid for. I was tired by that time. The flower bed decorations should have been done on the first day not on the last day. The tour manager Mr. Ragupathy was very helpful, he gave us all good tips to enjoy our stay. He made sure we got everthing and he texted everyday asking for feedback and requirements.
