Desert camp was really awesome and I am thankful to you Preeti Sharma for booking Heritage Juma camp which is awesome. Only one thing which suggest is please keep customer in touch post they enter to trip and check whether everything is going fine . Coming to the cab facility , Mr Yogesh Yadav ( Swift dezire ) has done wonderful job , without him our trip was not that great .. He is so polite and humble , he take care of us in each and every places . He made us to cover most of all the places as we planned and made us to feel like he is also our family member .. -it was an excellent trip arranged. - the hotel De Lamour does not have a 3-star facility. -The trip coordinators did not have enough information for ferry cancellation and the rescheduling was not communicated in time from Havelock to Neil Island. Also from Neil to Port-Blair.

Our trip to Dubai was not so great. Very pathetic arrangements from the Transclick holidays. The return tickets from Dubai to kuwait was cancelled without any intimation to us. Also at the last minute, I asked the travel agent to book the flight tickets but they clearly told that only after receiving the money they will book the flight tickets. We have booked the package for around 5L but I was forced to make the payment for just 50k at the last minute. I clearly told the agent that I will pay the money tomorrow after reaching Chennai but the travel agent did not agree. Also in Dubai, we asked for a pickup from a different location other than our hotel but this was refused. I missed my laptop in the Dubai airport and did not get any help to recover the laptop from the airport. The dinner after the desert safari was very bad. Seems the package booked for us is a standard one. But there is another package which had lot of options in food. Also the difference in between the package is just around 30 Dhirams / person.
