Shashikala's 7 days trip to Gujarat

Shyam from Terra Travel & Driver, we appreciate everything you did to make our Gujarat trip memorable, wonderful, and enjoyable. The itineraries were well organized, and all the hotels were good. We went on a trip with one child and one senior citizen, and it was very enjoyable. The driver would tell us the next day's plan beforehand, so we could be prepared. Shyam always responded promptly when needed and fulfilled his commitment to complete the itinerary. Rann of Kutch, Jamnagar, Dwarka, Bet Dwarka, Somnath, Girnar, Gir National Park, Junagadh, and Ahmedabad were all places we visited during our 8-day trip. Having dinner at a resort in Gir, Run of Kutch, praying for 2 Jyotirlingas and 1 kund, and Stachu of Unity. The trip was truly wonderful.

Soumya's 6 days trip to Gujarat

Everything was good everywhere, with the sole exception of Somnath's hotel. Somnath's hotel was the absolute worst part; everything else was perfectly fine. The Somnath Temple, Dwarkadhish Temple, Nageshwar Temple, Gir forest,Diu, the gangeswar Mahadev, everything was excellent. What I enjoyed the most was the *Jalabhishek* (water ritual) of Gangeshwar Mahadev.

Best Food To Eat In Gujarat

1. Khandvi

Khandvi is a traditional gram flour made using yoghurt, ginger, and green chillies to create a smooth batter, which is slow-cooked on low heat and then cooled on a surface before being formed into pinwheels. Afterwards, it is seasoned with mustard and sesame seeds for a healthy, simple evening snack or starter for Indian meals. Also known as Patuli, if you are planning a trip to Gujarat it is recommended that you try this on streetside carts or in a sweet shop for the ultimate taste of this savoury delicacy.

2. Khaman

Khaman is the sister alternative of besan Dhokla which is one of the most popular Gujarati snacks. It is a thick, fermented gram flour batter steamed until it resembles a soft fluffy cushion. When it is cooled, it is cut into squares and seasoned with mustard seeds and garnished with fresh coriander and coconut scrapings. It is slightly lighter in colour and made with chickpeas only, bringing out an entirely different flavour than the classic Dhokla.

3. Gujarati Thali

When eaten as a meal, a Gujarati thali typically includes one or two steamed or fried farsans, traditionally gourd shaak, a kathol, sweet shrikhand, rice, or khichadi, daal usually toor dal, as well as halwas, basundi, or shrikhand. Note that this is only a variation and there are countless other dishes that you may find included in the thali depending on the restaurant and the person's preparation. Different cities and regions will also have their own versions of the Gujarati thali.
