Got Good customization options and fare from Ideal Tours. It was Very comfortable and smooth right from planning to execution. Got timely prompt support from agent The Ideal Tours agent Mr. Ashutosh. Overall it was great trip from delhi-manali-kullu-delhi trip with Ideal Tours. Only Problem faced was at Manali Bus stand, there was lot of changes made at last moment and we are asked to get on single Axle where we booked for double axle. And driving was bit harsh. Rest No issues. Thanks "The Ideal Tours" for making the trip smooth and good. But Travel Triangle support need to be improved. I didn't got any support from travel triangle, i tried many times.

It was good experience but snow point mentioned in package was not included. Manali is famous for snow point but it was not covered in the trip . So, I have to make my own arrangements for the expense at my own. Rohtang Pass at my own cost and paragliding in Kullu.

We had a fantastic time at Kullu Manali. Anushka from Holiday Device helped me from start to finish, and she was always checking in with me to see if everything was going well on my trip or if I was having any problems. The hotels they recommended are far too good. We even found a reliable cab driver. Everything went according to plan. I would strongly suggest Holiday Device.

Chetan's 8 days trip to Himachal

At start, trip was going well and good. Hotels are really nice and their services too. Cab driver is well behaved and polite. But on Day 4, cab driver forgot to see itinerary and shown Solang Valley only. Other places were missed on that day. Later that in Dharmashala and Dalhousie, most of places were closed because of multiple reasons and some places were missed by cab driver. Travelepedia should get updates on places mentioned in itinerary, either they are open or not. Accordingly need to update itinerary between ongoing journey. Travelepedia haven't contacted between journey for any feedback and to know about journey is going well or not. I can call it as average trip. We really enjoyed at Shimla and Manali. They was so many snow activities which we have enjoyed. Paragliding was missing as there was some issues . Kullu Vaishnodevi Temple was amazing. Cab driver was polite and well behaved.

Parin's 5 days trip to Himachal

Over all planning is very Good. Its an awesome experience with Travel Triangle and will definitely approach this website for my next trip. However few things you can improve. 1. while making itinerary be realistic with clients and guide them to plan schedule considering the effects of Traffic and weather forecast. Like in our case we have to skip 1-2 places every day as due to traffic our trip is getting delayed. 2. Do not ask customers to pay anywhere. You handle that hustle for them. Because it takes approx 30-45 mins everytime while checking out to a hotel for discussion related to payment and its confirmation. 3. Send the Contact details of each hotels in advance along with room booking details that will reduce the time span for check in and checkout. 4. Also you can suggest correct time to visit places and what belongings travellers has to carry with. Like To visit atal tunnel you need to be very early coz they only allow few hundred vehicles to atal tunnel and remaining have to return without accessing the same. Also you can guide traveller about actual rates of all the adventures. At Solang velly correct rates for rides - For Tire sking 200-250 Rs. Per person. For Horse riding to the Mountains for snow Rs. 400 -450 Per person For paragliding avaoid Solang velly and visit to Kullu.. for Paraglinding its Rs. 2500 including Video recording from 8K feet height. For River crafting its Rs. 500-600 per person. These all rates are of special season in December last 2nd week where its big crowd coming for all these sports. If you have guided with these rates in advance i may have saved few hours. Atal Tunnel, Paragliding at Kullu, Late night Bonfire at Kasol.
