Booked Kashmir trip through travel triangle. Emaar was the travel agency that arranged our trip. Everything went well finally so nothing to complain. Zainab was the trip agent assigned to us. She was very helpful and accommodating. She was connected with us through-out the trip to check how it is going for us. There were some issues with hotel booking initially but that was sorted. Hotels that were initially selected and quoted for weren't available after a day. Luckily, alternate hotels offered turned out to be good except in Pahalgam. During peak tourist season, it's difficult to trust their words on hotels availability. Need to be a little careful before making advance payment. It was a good experience overall. I would recommend Emaar to anyone planning trip to Kashmir.

Good Hotel selection. Farah is very good travel advisor. Driver Imtiyaz was good. There were issues with food in hotel but we managed it. Houseboat was very neat and clean. I booked an 8 days, 7 nights package of Kashmir with hermosa travels through travel triangle. From the beginning Hermosa representative was very proactive and courteous in her support. Janat from hermosa quickly created the plan and was in constant touch to tweak and improve the itinerary according to the needs of me and my family that includes small kids. She give me over 7-8 different options, multiple hotel choices and she was very helpful in ensuring our needs were met while also suggesting her own improvements based on her local experience. The booking, quotes etc was very smooth. Janat reminded us on time to book the Gulmarg gondola's which are limited. Farah also from Hermosa then ensured our travel was smooth and everything was taken care of. During our trip, we rarely had to call Hermosa for anything as everything was arranged and planned really well. The driver (Iqbal) was amazing and flexible to our needs. He gave good suggestions and ensured we did not fall into the trap of guides or other tourist frenzies in each location. Overall the complete experience with Hermosa was amazing starting with booking, hotels, cab to the arrangements at the hotels as well. It was an amazing trip to Shimla and Manali and a special thanks to Mr Akshay from Travel triangle for perfectly scheduling our trip. To start with , they guided us to built a excellent trip itenary. Accommodation provided by them at both the locations were good. Also the Cab arrangements (airport pick up and drop) was on time. As we had booked our flights from Delhi, travelling was bit of hectic to reach manali, but cab driver, made sure, there was stoppage at good hotels for every 3 hours once, so that we could rejuvenate ourself. Thanks to Trip Trail and specifically to Aman for being there at all times to guide us , motivate us , provide good service irrespective of the hour of the day . Our decision for the family trip was too last minute and yet Aman and trip trail matched the pace in giving right info to procuring the necessary permits to helping us with the iterinary. We surely had a memorable trip . However if I have to give some recommendations I will request any travel agent to give iterinary options to travellers instaed of a copy paste of a single iterinary. This will give a sense of participation and fulfilment to travellers . Example - Leh Palace and Santhi Stupa was never part of the itinerary but we ended up visiting them after we were in Leh . So if we had options to choose from we would have skipped one or more places from the itinerary and rather visited a place for the second time or a new one . If it is implementable then it will make a difference to travellers . Thanks Rancho School in Leh

Our Cab driver Mr. Mingur was a experience and good driver. there were few things to mention here is 1) sand dunes hotel at Nubra. they have some serious hot water issues. the owner talked to me and changed some tap settings to restore hot water in our taps. but we have to remind him 3-4 times in our 2 nights stay..it was bit uncomfortable. Below ratings is not for Sand Dunes hotel .. but or other two.

I intentionally made a decision to take tour with Back to Holidays though I knew that I’m paying way more because I’m taking my mother with me. The coordinator Homendra is very good in assisting us but the cab driver who was rude and tried to skip a lot of places. The hotel SunStar in Delhi was pretty decent. There was a hot water problem and when contacted the receptionist, he said we will have to managed for a day with normal water which was very cold in Feb. They did not provide us welcome drink also. The Regal Vista hotel in Agra was good enough. Driver kept trying to make us to take guide in every place to get him a commission. The very last day, for the drop to airport, the driver himself arranged a local taxi which was in pathetic condition and the taxi driver was also rude in communicating with us.

Unrepaired walls, doors . Wifi was not functional in any of the hotels except Ramada.

It overlooks tha connecting portion between Pichola lake and one more lake. This portion is narrow and dirty, Lakefacing is not worth it. Special thanks to the Tour Manager Rakesh Gilly for being so cooperative. He has been always there for any assistance. The Hotels were as commited just had to compromise a bit with food at some hotels. Hotels provided at Shimla & Dharamshala were the best anyone can get at this price. Hotels at Manali, Dalhousie & Amritsar were also fair enough if compared to the price they charged. Even the car which was provided for local transport was new & in good condition as promised by Rakesh Gilly. The driver was very humble, professional & deciplined. The itenerary was very well planned by Rakesh Gilly & covered almost every tourist spot. Overall trip was good. They followed whatever mentioned in the package. Only thing is we felt that the driver was not properly briefed. For the first day we reached Chandigarh very late hence we had to take dinner on the way other than from the booked hotel. This expense has been agreed and allowed to deduct. Appreciate for that. The hotel at Chandigarh was fine. But hotel at Amritsar was not that much standard one. Plus the dining area was not good place. Food was very good in both places. Car driver is very good. driving was perfect. But there was no space at all in this Innova to keep the luggage. we struggled to accommodate and had to keep in the seats. We all came from different places hence all were having luggage. Overall it is very good.
