Had a good trip with family. Cab driver was good. He behaves really well throughout the trip. No complaints. Let's talk about some points which I want every travel company should share with their prospective client. 1) The hotel was under construction 2)Breakfast and Dinner options were very limited in comparison to buffet 3) No restaurant in hotel (only Room service) 4)Room cleanliness is a major point.(How we got to know iwas trying to find one of my thing I went on my knees to check under the bed and what I saw the floor was dirty. I immediately call the reception area and told them the floor area under the bed was messy and asked them to clean. 5) When an individual plan a trip the person who accompany is cab driver. There needs to be some sort of arrangement for drivers too. They are also human being. I mean No free dinner facility. No stay arrangements for the driver is something not acceptable. For future references I sincerely request the travel company to inform their prospective guest about the stay of the driver and the food options.

Hello Back2hodlidays, We recently had a trip to Mussoorie Uttrakhand with the help of Travel assistant shreya from Back2holidays. The planning and execution were done very well. We have covered almost all the places as per the plan only 2 were missed. Shreya was very helpful from the start of planning to trip till the end. She has provided all the required information what ever we have asked for.. Coming to the trip, had a really good time. Only the 1st hotel at Deharadun was not up to the mark either the rooms not the food was that great. The remaining 2 hotels for the stay were good. Stay and food in Mussoorie was nothing to be questionable, but the staff in Danaulti (The Groove Garden) were bit harsh and food was also not soo good. The driver travelled along with us was also good and no issues , but it would be really helpful if the driver allocated are locals or frequent visitors of that place, as our driver was not aware of all the places it was bit difficult for us to know the routes and were dependent on the google maps which delayed our jrny. Rest all was really good, had a great time throughout the trip. Thanks Shreya for all ur support during this period of jrny.

Our driver Joldan was friendly, he was on time for anything. He suggested many view points which are less crowded and beautiful. I strongly recommend him for any Ladakh trip as he knows every corner of Ladakh. Hotels : Leh - Hotel Ladakh place — we highly recommend this place to stay in Leh. Food is good and hospitality, rooms are excellent. Hunder - Dowa resort — stay is ok ok and food is average Pangong - High lake retreat pangong - This is most beautiful stay in the trip. Amazing view of pangong lake . Food and hospitality is excellent in such remote place. Highly recommend this for pangong stay Hanle - The Hor hotel — this stay is not good and food is very bad. This is only bad thing in overall trip. Never stay in Hanle more than a day nothing much to see. Observatory is not much useful. We can cover umlingla and return to Leh in a day. The Hotel (Sita International) which was booked for us in Delhi was not at all Good., simply pathetic. So, it's strictly recommended not to visit or book any room at Sita International in New Delhi (Near to New Delhi Railway Station). The hotel was booked by the travel agency & the name of the Hotel is Sita International. But there is no sign of international standards & quality of that Hotel. They're using that "International" tag only for business that's it. The "deluxe room" they provided to us (Me, my wife & my 5-year-old son) is a remarkably simple ordinary one- or two-star category hotel room. The blanket they provided to us was torn. For reference please I've attached pictures of that blanket. The button under the shower in the bathroom was broken. Now after sharing all the information in reception, the hotel people behaved very casually & asked me to adjust. I informed my travel agent (Back to Holiday) regarding the issue, and my travel agent confirmed that in the evening they'll change my room but after returning from sightseeing the hotel said, "Room change is not possible because all rooms are booked". So, this is the situation I faced during my travel on the very first day (14.10.24). And in the morning The Hotel owner talked with me on the phone & told me that I made a quite simple issue into a big issue. So after paying advance to the travel agency, I faced this kind of situation. Last but not least, in the morning I found RAT in that room. And they're called it's an International Hotel. So strictly & Strictly recommended before booking anything think twice. Yes, after that remaining two Hotels are good (Gurukripa @ Mathura and Royal View @ Jaipur) & as per the standard, especially the last one (Royal View at Jaipur- 3-star category Hotel) .... Now regarding Cab. The Cab driver has a huge setting with all the guides in each & everywhere (Agra, Mathura, Jaipur) .... Directly & indirectly, he forced us to hire a guide so that he could earn a commission. And you'll not deny it because, in the middle of the tour, it's very risky & not at all safe. The driver has a very good local connection & I was traveling with my wife & my 5-year-old son. If I refused to hire a guide, he could have done anything locally because of his local connection & we're very new in that area. When at Jaipur we told that driver we don't require any guide he told me during travel maybe we'll face problems. Now in that situation what do you do? So as per his recommendation, we're forced to hire a guide as per the driver's choice, and we paid him Rs. 800 as decided by the driver (The normal government guide charge is Rs. 400).... So, if you'll travel along with your family (Like wife & son) you've got to accept all the terms & conditions of the driver because he has a strong local connection & you don't have that connection. Not only that, the driver will take you to some local shops where he has a good connection & if you buy something from that shop the driver will get a commission. Even on this trip, our driver took some local shops in Agra where he has a commission-based connection. Otherwise, he was not interested in taking you to some local shops where he'd not get any commission.

The hotels in general were not at a three star level except for Shani Vilas in Ranthambore. The hotel in Agra did not even have hot water. The initial room provided in Delhi's metro view was very bad and we had to request for a change. The toilet flush was not working, the bathroom door did not have a latch, the door was broken etc. Please ensure that the right level of hotels are provided.

Overall Trip Experience: I had a good experience overall. The travel agent, Abhishek, was always available and responsive whenever I needed assistance. This trip was planned for my parents and grandmother, and I appreciate the effort that went into organizing it. Areas for Improvement: Cab Driver Changes: One of the major issues I encountered was the frequent changing of cab drivers (4-5 times during the 5-day trip). This created confusion, especially for my parents and grandmother, as they had to adjust to new drivers each time. It would be helpful if the same driver could be assigned for the entire duration of the trip or at least for longer periods. Traffic and Local Insights: While traveling from Varanasi to Prayagraj and then to Ayodhya, the cab got stuck in heavy traffic, which was a bit frustrating. Since this was during the Kumbh Snan period, I understand that there were challenges, but it would have been beneficial if the local drivers provided tips on avoiding crowded routes or traffic hotspots. Local advice could have helped avoid delays and made the trip smoother. Positive Highlights: Apart from the challenges with the drivers and traffic, the overall experience was enjoyable. Kudos to Abhishek, the travel agent, who was always there when needed and made sure everything else went smoothly.

It was a wonderful experience touring with one of Travel Triangle's associated Tour Operator "Wild Lotus". the services were great. Special thanks to the Tour Manager Rakesh Gilly for being so cooperative. He has been always there for any assistance. The Hotels were as commited just had to compromise a bit with food at some hotels. Hotels provided at Shimla & Dharamshala were the best anyone can get at this price. Hotels at Manali, Dalhousie & Amritsar were also fair enough if compared to the price they charged. Even the car which was provided for local transport was new & in good condition as promised by Rakesh Gilly. The driver was very humble, professional & deciplined. The itenerary was very well planned by Rakesh Gilly & covered almost every tourist spot. Overall trip was good. They followed whatever mentioned in the package. Only thing is we felt that the driver was not properly briefed. For the first day we reached Chandigarh very late hence we had to take dinner on the way other than from the booked hotel. This expense has been agreed and allowed to deduct. Appreciate for that. The hotel at Chandigarh was fine. But hotel at Amritsar was not that much standard one. Plus the dining area was not good place. Food was very good in both places. Car driver is very good. driving was perfect. But there was no space at all in this Innova to keep the luggage. we struggled to accommodate and had to keep in the seats. We all came from different places hence all were having luggage. Overall it is very good.
