Booked a trip for Uttarakhand (Nainital Ranikhet Almora Kausani) within a very short notice. Arrangements made by tripsailer.com was awesome. Everything went smooth starting from stays upto conveyance.. all the hotels were just fantastic with perfect hill view.. just didn't like the cottage at Ranikhet..its location was also not so good..far away from main city, though view was good but the hotel packed in service, maintenance and food. Stay in nainital was the best part, near the mall road with perfect lake and hill view..loved the place..

We'd a very bad experience with the cab driver. He'd absolutely NO knowledge about any road or way and always had to rely on google maps, when there were no signal we're lost. Moreover, he's always asking for money, showting on us and even thereatned us to drop on road if his money is paid to the travel agent. Moreover, he's very communinal, hid hid primary identity from us at first and always were ill spoken about religious believes and custom. We'd to reschedule our trip everytime because of him. Didn't expect such a driver from a well organized Travel partner like Travel Triangle, when it was informed a prior that I's travelling with my aged mum and little kids. The hotel at Ranikhet, called Sahaj, though located at 7km away from Ranikhet, was the best part of the trip. The manager Biswajeet Mukherjee was a very good guy, he provided us with a complete guidance of the trip (what we expected from the travel agent as well as the driver). His hotel service was also very good

Trip was not planned properly. Hotel for Ranikhet was 30 km away from Ranikhet, i.e in between Rampur to Ranikhet, causing 5 hrs wastage of time. Dhanaulti was not added in the trip, which is supposed to be. Please plan the trip by knowing the area and spot very well. Hotel in Jim Corbett was good, even Maya regency in Bhimtal was also good.

Overall Tour went well except first two days... Feedback: 1) pls ensure driver who has past driving experience in such difficult mountain ranges without map...(bcoz you never know when ur mobile/map signal get lost)...also driver should have know-how of remedy towards basic breakdown condition... 2) pls avoid CNG as a fuel option in alloted vehicle esp. in hills... 3) In 4star resorts (Nainital, Corbett), driver's accommodation was not available but same was available at 3 star (kausani, ranikhet)...then ur driver naturaibe annoyed for not having a proper rest at night... Himalaya mountains view - Nanda devi, Trishul, etc. Tiger Safari at Jim Corbett, Ancient temples.

Vijay's 8 days trip to Uttarakhand

We have enjoyed every part of our tour and will remember beauty of uttarakhand always especially Ranikhet.Though foods provided in hotels were good, amenities and quality of accommodation provided in Trihari hotel at Rishikesh were far from satisfactory.Wardrobes were not at all not functional and usable at hotel Parijat retreat Ranikhet and Dynasty resort Nainital.Ambience of Dynasty resort Nainital was also not good as already shared in photo with you. There was also no arrangement for ironing of clothes in any of the hotels which we feel is must.In short we are wondering whether these hotels are really 3 star ⭐⭐⭐ rated hotels. However, there was quick response from your team whenever we discussed any issue with them and we really appreciate their efforts.Cab driver also behaved nicely afterwards and safely drived the vehicle throughout the tour. We expect you to kindly be in touch with these hotels and ask them to update the facilities befitting 3 star rating and comparable with international standards. Thanks and regards We will never forget the beauty of uttarakhand and Ganga aarti performed at Rishikesh.

We had very good experience overall in our 9 days Uttarakhand trip encompassing Jim Corbett- Ranikhet-Kausani-Nainital. The trip was organized by Holiday Fusion. Everything was properly arranged - Hotels, Cars, Tours, Safari at Corbett etc. Our car was a new Ertiga with driver Ramish. He was good, punctual and drove us through out the week. Hotels were nice and rooms were good too. Food served at the hotels was also good. Special thanks to Vijaya from Holiday Fusion for organizing the trip. Will recommend Holiday Fusion to other travellers.

Hotels are not up to the mark. Every hotel I stayed have lot of repair works going on & disturbing !! The hotel at Corbett (Wanderlust Corbett resorts) has bad staff behaviour. There is no prior information provided by change of hotel at hotel at Ranikhet & ended up staying in a homestay which is pathetic. Operator Mithila tours would have planned it much better and provided me with the information upfront. I am able to finish it safely by Godess Durga’s blessings. I think never look into Travel Triangle site for my future tours!!
