Trip to Hong KongHad an unpleasant experience before the travel with the bookings lady Deepti but the on ground service was good.
Trip to Hong KongWas good overall...should include dinner in package with additional cost, as vegetarian meal not available easily. Disney land full day tour was awsome
Trip to Hong KongOur overall experience was good. It was a short holiday break and that's what we enjoyed. However the agent should have been a bit flexible in terms of our requirements. e.g. while going back, we had requested them to pick us a bit late for the airport, as we had a plenty of time before the flight boarding, But this request was not adhered by the agent and we had to spend a lot of time at the airport. Rest of the arrangement made was good and very professional.
Trip to Hong KongAll arrangements except for the hotel were good ...as per my expectations. I have been on business trips to HKG before and I know that rooms over there are smaller than the standard room sizes however this one was not only small, but the hotel looked like a 2 star basic hotel. The upkeep wasn't up to the mark and on cleanliness would rate this hotel 2/5.
Trip to Hong KongI booked a HONG KONG trip with Timeless Travels. It was well planned and well organized. The people they put us in touch with were super cool and professional. They sent all our vouchers, trip details, point of contact details, etc a few days before departure and stayed in touch throughout the process. A trip manager is assigned as our point of contact who took care of all our queries. The trip went as planned.
Trip to Hong KongWe were told return flight meal is booked . But After getting the boarding passes I came to know that meals have not been booked. I had to buy meals in hkg $. Disneyland
Trip to Hong KongNice arrangements, agents in Hongkong and Macau were nice. Macau Hotel was excellent. Hongkong Hotel was just OK. Time management was good.
Trip to Hong KongWe had a wonderful trip as all the arrangements were good enough Everything from the whole trip
Trip to Hong KongWe booked a package tour of hong kong and macau for 5 days with Travel triange/Timeless trips. We had booked our own flight and had let TT handle ground transportation and hotel booking. It was a smooth experience. The local agency handling transport is very efficient particularly in HK Mr Sunny is 9/10 on time and courteous. Couple of things for TT and Mr Sunny as feedback. Macau -> HK ferry, they charged baggage fees for checkedin luggage @25$/piece. This was not known earlier. For Mr Sunny - On the HK evening tour day, we had asked to be dropped at the ladies market but the driver dropped us at night market and said ladies market is a short walk from there whereas it is absolutely not the case. This was horrible. Rest was smooth. Sheraton at Macau was very good. We recommend it . HBPlaza 8 degrees is also good though space is small but thats true of all hotels in HK. The location has small shops so its convenient for buying stuff for kids etc. BTW we had taken 2 days for Disney and Ocean park tours. Both were good.
Trip to Hong KongThe services are good but my suggestion is please book your own flight don't tell them to book your flight they don't book on time and in last moment they will say you have to pay extra money as flight prices are gone up and please before paying confirm every points of itinary even the cab service because they will say that it will be provided by your hotel and hotel person will refuse to provide then they will say now you have to book your own cab. Not the best but worst memories because we had to spent our all free time for shopping clothes because the spice jet lost our baggage and we did not had any clothes with us
