About Trekking in Coorg

Among one of the easy treks, the most famous is the Nishani Betta Trek. It is situated on the Brahmagiri range and is a lesser known trekking place in Coorg. With a low influx of tourists, the peaceful trail takes one through beautiful coffee plantations and gurgling streams of water along the route. The peak can be reached easily from where the horizon looks like a riot of colours. Other trekking spots suitable for beginners include the Kopatty Coorg Trek and a few of the Madikeri trekking places.

From the more difficult ones, the most sought-after trekking place in Coorg is the Kumara Parvatha trek. Also known as Pushpagiri, this is the second highest peak in the region at 1712 m. Pushpagiri trek offers challenging terrains, slippery slopes and on completion, beautiful sights of Coorg.

Other popular trekking places in Coorg for those seeking thrill and adventure are Brahmagiri Trek and Kotebetta Trek. Coorg is a dream destination for any trekker or adventure lover with its soothing atmosphere and rich heritage.

hotel location is not as expected, it was long away from the hill station, since we were new to the place and unaware of the location, the Traveller should have guided us with the locations (climate, ambience) etc, this was not happened, should improve, we have also had a choice to cancel the current booked hotel to a new hotel in hill station with additional cost cost too, eventhough, the Traveller did not helped, overall, with the help of driver, we went to the places to which he is well versed
