I have booked the 5D-4N (2D in Munnar, 1D in Thekkady and 1D in Alleppey) tour for me and my Friends. We were picked up at the airport on time by our driver, All the hotels were good, clean and comfortable. Driver had a good knowledge about the place and guide us throughout the tour. It was wonderful 2 days in Munnar exploring waterfalls, Spice Garden, Adventure park, and Tea Museum without much difficulty. Landscapes in Munnar were a treat for a eye. Agency is good and staff is cooperative...but choice of hotel in cochin was exceptionally bad..Oval palace is the shittest hotel i have ever experienced..but overall the cab driver was tooooo good..
