The experience was really great. The representatives were very helpful and engaging. The tours, hotels were booked as per our requirements and the quality standards were very high. The best thing was they provided end to end support right from booking to assisting with the visa process, Travel insurances and detailed itenary which made it the complete package. Thanks to Prabhat for arranging and planning our trip; we got to see a lot of good places and made many memories Few things could be better: 1. We missed a lot of good places and restaurants due to communication challenges with the driver, 2. The Dawki accommodation was terrible, and it didn't match what was shared with me, 3. I was told that April is the best month to visit, but it's not, 4. Dawki is best in December, I feel that we could have spent more time in Cherrapunji or Shillong , 5. The trip in itself was hectic due to cab travel and every day change to a different hotel, it would have been better if we stayed more than one night.
