They helped secure another booking next day on a short notice. Our entire tour was well planned and there were no hiccups. They are good at that. Only suggestion would be, visa processing staff can be little more proactive. We had a 10 day ground package booking done with E tour partner via travel triangle. Right from begining it was a great experience. Before booking they suggested better options for our tour plan and explained everything in details. entire trip even on the trip when I had a few hassles she intervened and sorted them out and also ensured that my future places did not have the similar issue. As i had travelled to 4 different places.i have travelled many countries and interacted with many agents but haven't come across one such agent who is patient understanding.and adjusting.
