    If you are wondering how to reach Aurangabad by train, then you can take the train to the Secunderabad-Manmad section of the South Central Railway. There are many direct trains available from Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Chennai. Apart from this, you can also board a train from Rajkot, Okha, Visakhapatnam, Amritsar, Nasik, Nizamabad and Ambala. The fastest train to reach Aurangabad is the Aurangabad Jan Shatabdi Express which is available from Mumbai.

    There are several buses available to Aurangabad from the major cities of Maharashtra. The city also has great connectivity to Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur, Beed, Ahmednagar and Jalna. The main bus stations of Aurangabad are Central Bus Station and CIDCO Bus Station. The main route is National Highway 211, which runs through Aurangabad, begins in Dhule and ends at Solapur. Another route is from Nagpur- Aurangabad-Mumbai express highway, which is still under construction.
