Pulau Payar Marine Park in Langkawi

ACTIVITIES:

This place has a wooden walkway from where you can go to the beaches, the water here is not deep but shallow, you can swim or snorkel here. You can also feed the sharks from the wooden walkway, but feeding them from the beech is prohibited. You can also participate in the feeding session that takes place at noon.

OFFSHORE SNORKELING:

A boat will take you to the reef area where you can snorkel and admire the beauty of the Marine life. There are many areas in Pulau Payar Marine Park where you can witness this amazing coral life. One such spot is near the eastern coastline of the Pulau Payar which is known as the House Reef and is a great offshore snorkeling area. Watch the beautiful brain corals, knob and stony corals, colorful boulder corals. You will also see some amazing fish like the clownfish, moray eels, butterflyfish, lionfish, wrasse, rabbitfish, parrotfish. It would be an experience worth remembering for a lifetime. FACILITIES:

This place has amazing washrooms and changing rooms. If you feel like resting and eating something then they have shaded rest areas with benches and tables to have your food. They also give you diving gears and snorkeling gears.
