La Cambuse Beach In Mauritius

The beach of La Cambuse is surrounded by abundant untouched nature. To get to the location of the beach tourists need to go through a little dirt road with trees on either side of the road. The beach has large casuarina trees along the coast of the beach. La Cambuse can impress any nature lover looking for tranquility.

Attractions of La Cambuse Beach

Tourists are often seen picnicking amongst the surrounding trees of the beach. Camping is also a local favorite amongst the Casuarina trees. However, tourists need to get permits before camping. Since the beach is small and not quite popular it is the perfect spot for swimming. The currents can sometimes become a problem for tourists swimming on this beach. The beaches of the south can sometimes be very windy.

There are coral reefs nearby the beach that can be explored. Boat rides are available from the La Cambuse beach. Sunbathing is allowed on the La Cambuse beach. However, nude sunbathing is forbidden on this beach.

The closest hotel to the La Cambuse beach is the Shandrani. Tourists can find many other hotels once they get out of the beach. There are many high-end restaurants in the area near the La Cambuse beach which serve Indian, European, and other types of cuisine. There are also hotels serving seafood.
