Trip to MauritiusTestimonial for Janeet (Sharing Travels) & my stay in Mauritius. Janeet is an extremely soft speaking guy, he reacts immediately to any query you may have in the travel plan. He is quick is designing the trips according to the needs and budget. My Travel to Mauritius was designed for 5Days and 6Nights, it was absolutely perfect for me, we enjoyed our stay their. The only thing that went negative to our experience was our stay in Hotel Salona (A 4Star hotel). However, I'll not recommend that hotel to anyone with the budget we selected. The rooms had very small washrooms. Bathroom (even a single person cannot use it comfortably and it brags being a Honeymooner's (Adult) hotel on its site) and Their room services are worst (Internet was not working for 3consecutive days, and they only had IT guys for specific hours, which is fine but they don't remind them about complaints received in evening after they are left) and since you only reach hotel after the entire days trip in the evening, they've left for the day by then. So I consider this as fault at customer relationship team's side. Now, lets speak about the best part of Hotel - their food, this actually was the only point I stayed in that Hotel calmly. Their chef Dan, is a very helpful guy among the people on floor. Seeing us he figured out that we are Vegetarians, and helped us to select the pure vegetarian meals through-out our stay. He was very kind and generous to us during our entire stay (like most of the Mauritians), and I wish to see him in soon in India with his lovely family. About surrounding, yes the Hotel has a very beautiful view of beach across all its room, which almost all the Hotels in Mauritius have. Mauritius is a very nice place, the people (Mauritians) are very soft spoken, gentle and always ready to help you.
Trip to MauritiusOverall I had a good trip. Except for the fact... That travel agent didn't give us proper service. All initiative of everything was done by me..instead of the agent. Didn't expect this service...from... Source of travel triangle. The activities in Mauritius. Zipline, Nepalese bridge, quad biking.
