About Biju Patnaik Park in Bhubaneswar
Biju Patnaik Park is a beautiful park situated in the city of Bhubaneswar. It is an ideal place for morning and evening walks. The park was established to honor the chief minister of Odisha, Bijayananda Patnaik who was the chief minister of the state twice. The park is situated at a distance of 5.5 km from the main city. The distance can be easily covered over a duration of 15 minutes. The park is under the maintenance of the Berhampur Development Authority. Spread over an area of seven acres, Biju Patnaik Children's Park is an escape into the wilderness. Here, you will find a plethora of flowers blooming across the green expanse of gardens.
One of the highlights of this park is the floating mountain. Another intriguing thing that is present in this park is a fountain that has been in sync with the music to present a wonderful display. Moreover, one can also opt to boat on this tour. The ambiance of the tour makes the activity of boating all the more interesting here. Moreover, the beauty of the neighboring things further adds to the beauty of it all. Its well-maintained gardens lure people here on a daily basis. Biju Patnaik Children's Park is also home to beautifully shaped gardens. One can plan a visit to this place anytime from 4:00 am to 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Best of all, the park is open every day, therefore, you can plan your visit anytime. However, the best time to visit the park is moring and evenings.
