Special mention to the cab and it's driver. So professional, punctual and friendly. The hotels were all good except one which was mind blowingly great. Sachin did a great job in planning and arranging everything. He kept on enquiring about our well being and experiences during the trip. Happy customer end of the day❤️

It was the first time when I opted Travel Triangle and finalized Travel Town agency for my Himachal trip for 10 nights 9 days. Initially I was bit worried that how the trip would be with Travel Triangle and Travel Town. When I had discussion with Mr. Kanhiya Gupta (Travel Town Agency), I got assurance that there is nothing to worry and all things would be according to the expectations. During my all days of trip it was the great experience. All the facilities provided like Hotels, Cab were good. For my next trip, definitely I would prefer Travel Town and Travel Triangle. Thank you Kanhiya Gupta (Travel Town) and Travel Triangle for arranging the wonderful trip.

Thanks to Turn on Vacations for arranging a memorable trip to Amritsar , Dhramshala and Dulhousie. Thanks to Ms. Anju and Sandip for providing all details for selecting the locations and itinerary. The hotels were good and the staff was polite. The food was delicious. However, we have noticed non co-operation from driver and his owner. The owner of Innova vehicle was very rude.

Not too happy with the booking First the good parts: 1. Well-arranged trips, ample time to go around for seeing different places 2. Good hotels in Shimla, Manali, and Dalhousie. The views were amazing from all these hotels, and so were the rooms and the service. Special mention about the hotel in Dalhousie, beautiful place, amazing views and awesome food. The parents were very happy. 3. The driver was quite well mannered and had equally good driving skills Not so good and improvement areas: 1. The driver had very bad navigational skills, was uncooperative, especially when it came to asking for directions in a new place. It was strange as you would expect to get someone who will have good knowledge about the place where he goes almost regularly 2. This trip was customized which is why a lot of responsibility rested with the driver who was either unhelpful when it came to assisting or suggesting something to do, or was unaware of most of the things 3. The hotel in Chandigarh was unhygienic, one of the rooms had cockroaches roaming around, another had bedbugs and the third room was damp and smelled as if it always remains shut. My father had to stay up the entire night because of bed-bug bites 4. The hotel in Dharamshala was again old, dirty and unhygienic too. They tried to pass-off the water from the dish-cleaning area as drinking water. Rooms were shabby, blankets were worn out and dirty, furnishings were very old and shabbily kept. Not something you expect from an apparent 3 star hotel

The overall travel experience was awesome. The only disappointment is lack of proactivity from the agent. There were certain last moment changes to the hotels & I constantly required to follow up with the agent to have things sorted. Although the changes were managed nicely, we were always left on toes & clueless (just hoping for things to be alright).

Hotels in Dalhousie was sub standard and sinking not at all worth. Rest travel agent planned longer trip rather than shorter and didn't inform in advance regarding the road work as well due to which there was traffic jam

Planning and coordination was good. I would like to mention special thanks to Mr. Rakesh, admin at HOTEL SAMDUPLING in Dharmashala for taking care of us at his best. Also all service men at the hotel was pretty good. Another hotel in Dalhousie where we checked in was HOTEL NEW PALACE, there is a lot to improve right from front desk to servicing. I found front desk people bit harsh. Our cab driver, Mr. Naresh Anand he was at his best in driving.
