        Travel manager is little flexible and quite humble..... Cab driver was using mobile phone so frequently on drive. Apart that he is helping, friendly and very co-operative. The place you suggested would have little bit better for any new person coming up to explore. Trip plan should be quite much more organized, attractive and enjoyable. Thus we had not much sight seeing in the place we landed 1st. Then we decided and made alteration. So loss of money on hotel for a day as we changed last minute. Delhi and a day in kasol snow.

        Hotel in Rishikesh was very good. The services were very nice and the staff was polite and helpful. On the contrary, Hotel in mussoorie was not very good. We faced problems staying there initially but was later shifted to another room due to recurring issues. Shivangi ji from Shiv Darshan was very helpful and they made the journey very smooth. She was ready to assist round the clock. Our cab driver Mr. Prince was a wonderful person.

        Driver was driving at a pace which was not comfortable. We had to remind him to driver slower. Also driver at times did not drop us at the required points and droped us short of the point. He was not aware of the local points to visit . We had to search out the points . Many locations which were part of our schedule were left out by the driver . Like Dev prayag , rudra prayag etc . With a better driver we would have had a better trip.

        We had major issue with driver, he was very arrogant, driving rash all the time, even with repeated requests he continued the same complete trip. Even vehicle we had got was not clean and maintained. Other wise hotel were good and value for money trip. Co-ordination between travel triangle and agent was bit disappointing, our itinerary was not updated even after multiple requests. Helpline numbers were not much of use.

        Aaryam Resort stay was very good. All arrangements were upto the mark. Food and staff was very good. Hotel Royal Galaxy was not good and was very ordinary. Not as expected based on the hotel pics shown before boking. Bathroom was stinking. No restaurant for food. I dont recommend it. Cab driver was good, informative and supportive. Overall, good experience and memorable trip.

        Driver was unaware of itinerary due to which we faced a lot of problem on our way to Chopta . In Haridwar,hotel was not good at all and in Chopta ,travel agency asked us to stay somewhere else other than Edan camp ,however,on our objection they solved this query.
