This was a nice trip and would like to thank Swati for being proactive. Few points which can help your tourists coming to northeast. 1. Currently, to enter Meghalaya, one needs an e-invite. This can be obtained by downloading Meghalaya Tourism app and going to the e-invite option. Each and every member of the group need to be added here. One needs id proof, photograph and hotel booking of Meghalaya to complete the process. 2. Our Meghalaya hotel(Rosa Ville Bungalow) was amazing. Its a heritage property and being taken care by a nice set of people. I would highly recommend this for anyone seeking peaceful and comfortable stay. If one talks to the manager he even tells the history of the bungalow, about the family who built it. My favourite was the hallway with all the old pictures of the family members and the dining hall which is still maintained as in the colonial times. It has a lush green campus surrounded by big trees. 3. Our stay at Ginger Guwahati was okay but not very nice. The hotel upkeep is not up to the mark. Neither the service was very good. It would have been better if there were follow up calls from Indeman Travels checking with us on how things are!! It was like once they received payment, they were out of the game..

This was my very first tour outside Maharashtra and it was my first solo trip as well. The experience was amazing. I enjoyed every place I visited. Well somehow, unfortunately, the water force was less in many waterfalls which lead to a bit of disappointment but Meghalaya as a state and people living there are truly amazing. My cab driver was amazing and he was always available whenever needed and he did his best navigating different places and suggesting different spots, restaurants, and routes. The management from Siang Explorer was amazing. Everything was pre-booked so I bared had to communicate with him regarding the facilities. Overall the trip was smooth and the overall management was great. However, I would have been happier if my hotel was located in the city and if it was a bit better.

Car for the first three days of my 5 days trip disappointed me. In 3rd day, car broke down and no tools were in the car for first type of repearing. After that the car was nice, also the driver was very helpful, too much aware of the time & root. At Cherapunji all the water falls

Enjoyed the trip.. it was memorable. Good hotels, good cab, friendly driver. Only 1 thing that I was upset about is the trek to Double decker bridge. Here, there are locals who offer to guide us at 1000rs charge.. when we asked our driver who accompanied us, he said a guide was must. But we saw few other travelers who came for the trek without a guide. Later we spoke to our guide and he too revealed it's not compulsory. We paid him half the amount and sent him back midway. We expected the driver to atleast help in this regard.. we could have saved 1k. Also, just a suggestion: Visit to Mawlynnong can be excluded from the itinerary. It was a real waste of time and money. To he honest, it felt like 4D 4N trip rather than 5D 4N. Trip could have been made less expensive. Lastly, your agent ( i believe his name was Rohan) told me and I quote "This is the best time to visit chirapunjee.. the 7 sisters falls will be in full flow" Chirapunjee is very dry at this time of the year. Not a single drop of water in the 7 sisters falls. Not that i was expecting to see lot of water, but my hopes were unecessarily brought up by the agent.

To start with Nikita from Reify would buildup so much that you would be expecting a trip of lifetime, but realty would be much different. Even the very basics wont be shared with you. Neither by your agent nor by the driver. We landed in Guwahati around 10:40 am and driver took us to the Kamakhya Devi Temple around 11:30 am. No one informed us that the line in Temple would take 4-5 hours and there is an VIP Darshan pass too which would hardly take an hour or so for darshan. We get out after darshan by 5 PM and reached Ghat for visiting Umananda Temple, but last ferry to leave was at 3:30 pm which was again neither told by agent not driver. Due to which we could not visit Umananda Temple. Similarly, due to excessive time taken for darshan we missed all our points to visit as per itinerary for the day. Next we asked agent to plan and suggest time to leave hotel as this doesn't repeat again. But as expected I was told to plan as I wish and no inputs again from her. Before booking we were to stay in Betelnut Resort, but once booking had been done, we were told it is sold out and was suggested to stay in camping on the same package cost as it was for resort. We were in the impression that it is resort owned and run so it would be similarly good. But to our shock it was a low grade camping experience, not even run by resort. And even the cost was very low as confirmed by fellow campaigners. Pl note Vodafone sim do not work in Meghalaya specially near campaigning sites, again which was not informed to us by the agent. And both our mobiles were dead for entire 24 hours. Overall the trip was OK, but could had been better if agent would have focused of little things & could had been planned better. Not to forget driver was good in nature and took us to every possible place we mentioned without any problem.

Our overall experience was good . Accommodation and food was well maintained. We are extremely disappointed by the non availability of Elephant safari in Kaziranga. We had booked this package with you 15 days prior and not sure why this was not taken care at your part, as elephant safari being the centre of attraction in Kaziranga. Coming to our travelling partner, our driver, driving experience with him was really good as we had hassle free driving day and night. We just expect a bit of hygiene in him. We also observed that he had mentioned twice about not having stay and food where we had an accommodation at Shillong and also he asked us to pay for petrol but which we did not. We believe these should be internally sorted and shouldn't be brought to the notice of the customer. Thank you for arranging a memorable trip to the North East and it was really a wonderful one. I expected better hotels for the price i have given. One hotel near dawki river is pathetic. From ac water was dripping through out day and in that hotel only 1 boy is there to cook. Breakfast got delayed 1 hour Garden of caves is one of the beautiful place i ever seen. And driver Hatmali was extra ordianry decent guy.
