Alluring Himachal Tour Package From Ahmedabad 9 Days & 8 Nights

Overall trip was good. Driver was very cooperative and nice. However, following are the issues during the trip:- 1. Certain highly famous sightseen were not included in the itinerary such as Atal Tunnel / Sisu Valley, Manikaran, Kasol etc. 2. For above trip driver charged directly to us. For e.g. we have paid INR 4K for Sisu which is hardly 25KM from Solang valley directly to driver. The price paid were too high as per my view. 3. Hotel Aura Grand in Amritsar was pathetic as the room were not clean, food was tasteless and not hygienic infact some food items like butter were stinking.

I would like to say that we didnt like the hotels of shimla N chandhigarh special I would suggest to travel triangle do not compromise on hotels for your profit. Travelling was more than exploring so we want to relax at our hotels when we get tired. But once we check in to hotels our moods were off when we reached to shimla n chandhigarh experience was the worst not even two star hotel-very old hotel like opened after many years bad smell inside rooms. There was no mood to fight with the agents also like totally pieced off. Cannot ask anything like refund or discount on this last hotel experience of chandhigarh. My suggestion that we dont want 5 star hotels but plz make sure the hotels u proving should b bit spacious n hygin well cleaned rooms n bathrooms n bedsheets Best time we spend was manali Best hotel Best food Best places to see in manali Specially hotel staff n service was 5 star I would give Our driver paaji was have best driving had safe journey till last.

I am very happy with over all trip and also walk holidays service Sumit is very helpful when I called him he was picked up in same time even in morning 6am this guys is amazing nice person but I am very disappointed from Cab and cab driver can vendor is good but cab condition and driver”s attitude Was not good even driver not clean also cars condition is very bad I am just disappoint with car condition and it’s driver so my final rating is 3/5 I have cut 2 points only for cab related other thing is awesome this is my first trip with any travel agent so a big thanks to Sumit to arrange all things and make my trip more comfortable

I had planned himanchal trip from 1Mar-9Mar 2020 with family. We had some really good time till we departed from Shimla on 3 March and headed towards Manali (Hotel Mountain Green Villa) and rest is history. I had opted the trip from the travel agency "Backpackers Tours and Travel" based out of Delhi. Before booking them they had this lady named Ekta Verma who was coordinating with me for this trip, shares me her fake testimony of appreciation from her previous clients and will try to convince you by all sort of way like saying "Sir, ek baar trust karke toh Delhi, ek baar service ka mauka toh do", guys never trust these "Backpackers Tours and Travel" agents ever. It's always a trap. All they care is just your MONEY and not SERVICE. Because that entire agency and their agents are full of lies. Though I made the entire trip payment before the start of my trip, these fraud Bagpackers agents hadn't paid the money of either of the hotel and in each hotel while checkout we all had to wait for half an hour so that the hotel manager will check and confirm that the full payment has been received (this point to be noted). Now saying that, I was accompanied by my 2 year old daughter and my 65 year old father and mother for this trip along with my wife. So, we came to know that at Dalhousie (being our last destination for the trip) had a snowfall and Khajiar is closed, which is the only point to visit Khajiar and it's quite chilling there wherein my aged mother father and my 2 year old daughter will not find that much chilling climate suitable so I requested the Bagpackers team (Ekta Verma) to change my destination from Dalhousie to Amritsar but she bluntly said no with an excuse that the payment has been made to the hotelier (which they haven't made to either of the hotel) and then I escalated the matter to Bagpackers other agent named Riya and TravelTriangle agents Anvesha and Amit Bhatti. So finally we reached Dalhousie and climate was not in a favoring condition so we cut short our trip for Dalhousie from 2 to 1 night stay and went to Chandigarh for 1 night stay and mind-blowing accommodation Bagpackers gave us near Chandigarh Railway Station , a cheap 2 star hotel whose room doesn't have lock but a latch, whose service is way pathetic then what you expect (and mind you I am with my family trip as I said before). Bagpackers hadn't paid Dalhousie payment also when I checked with the hotel receiptionist while checking out and these Bagpackers who just care about money and not service didn't refund me the amount for the other night of Dalhousie wherein I have to shelve entire money out of my own pocket for Chandigarh hotel. Also, to add cherry on the cake, these Bagpackers didn't laid the car company also their money, driver got the call from his company to drop the passenger wherever they are and don't pick them until payment is received and mind you, we are on a FAMILY trip, so I called up Riya, Bagpackers agent so then things got sorted otherwise just imagine where we would had been out of nowhere. Also, cab driver also charged me RS.1500 extra to take us to Khajiar from Chamba route which was open. So over all I had paid RS. 5000 (3500 extra for the Chandigarh hotel and 1500 extra for Khajiar, though Khajiar was included in my iternary) So, listening to the entire story of how Bagpackers has treated us and provided us the service for the entire trip with all LIES. I want TravelTriangle to take some strict action against this fake travel company with the compensation to me and my family sufferings. Not happy with driver. Due to his lack of knowledge of sightseeing we lost few places.and hotels booked is not up to the.mark in few places. Few hotels was booked very far from City. Approach from agent was good from day one and continuous update and enquired about the trip was good.

Hotels at Shimla, Dharmashala and Dalhousie were truly good. Shimla the services of the owner and the crew were really amazing. At Manali, the bathroom was stinking and also after repeated requests to correct the TV it was never done nor given a solid reply on whether it is possible or not. Food was good at all places. Hotel services at Dalhousie was also really commendable. Regarding the agent, Ashish was very accomadative and helped me to plan a tour within budget. The travel to Rohtang pass was already discussed but I had to find it myself. Driver was saying he will arrange till last min, and there was a lame excuse the owner not available at hotel. Then we got a proposal at very high rate. When we go through an agent we are expecting them to help us. We give a business to you and we expect you to be genuine to us and help us out. We find ourselves a driver which can be believed at low cost for Rohtang journey. Jitendar never called or enquired through out the journey. If any issue, I used to call him. Services of agent can be improved by enquiring how the customer service is each day. As he never called we never bothered to call him as well. Manali sightseeing was poorly planned. Driver was not at all helpful in this and we had to find the locations ourselves. Coming to the driver and cab, cab was quite good and not smelly. Driver was good to travel between locations and he ensured we reach each location within stipulated time and we were also safe ( Expected from the agent that is why we book through agent). Driver can improve very much on his customer service, he was always negative in his remarks and we thought the whole trip is a waste as there is nothing to see anywhere as per him. He was overly enthusiastic to know the money details I handled with the agency and had always his own way. We were by end of journey even afraid to talk to him. Even after several notifications of not wanting to hear Punjabi song, he was forcefully putting it. We had to find places to see at Manali and he was trying to convince us not to visit there. But it was one of the beautiful thing we did in our whole trip. 1. Stay at Paradise Resort Manali 2. House ride to Kufri 3. Jogini Falls Manali 4. Enroute to Rohtang Pass 5. Visit to Tibetan Temple 6. Stay at Dalhousie 7. Paragliding at Khajjar

room was a bit small but in dalhousie it was awesome. travel agents are highly supportive and provided help at every steps. but the driver who picked at delhi airport was worst. sightseeing and hotels location

Agent coordination is very good, overall very nice trip and agent helped alot with each and everything. Faced a little bit inconvenience in Manali but that too was sorted. Seeing snow is best memory.

I am very unsatisfied customer of traveltriangle, Please find the below details:- Customer Name Anchal Khare Booking ID : 9751753 Total Person : 4 Adults and 2 childs Trip to Himachal. Issues are as below:- 1. Our pickup time was 24 Dec 23:30 PM but the travel agent communicated to the driver 25 Dec 01:00 AM. Screenshot attached So here we need to wait in the Airport full night with my family and 2 small kids. Which i known when I discussed with cab driver then i immediately change the pickup time 24 Dec 23:30 PM to 25 Dec 07:30 AM (Package PDF attached) 2. I opted for the innova 7+1 but the travel agent sent the 6+1, After raising the complaint he continuously gave me false promises like 7+1 innova will come in the next 30 mins etc .... Finally we will go with innova 6+1 at 25 Dec 9:00 am. 2. Cab driver don't know about the travel details, like whether the diesel cost was included or not and travel itinerary. 3. I opted Honeymoon suite with an extra bed but the hotel refused to give me an extra bed because it was the honeymoon suite. Which is included on my package as well.If honeymoon suites don't have extra bed then how it was included in my package. (Package PDF attached) 4. While dropping to the airport, the cab driver stopped the car, he was continuously asking for money from the agent. Now here I take the follow up with the to travel agent Mr. Vikash and travel triangle Mr. Rohit Singh for clear the money of the driver so that we can catch our flight.

Mr Archit from Holiday Device planned a great trip for us and took care of all our customizations. He ensured that cab & driver were great, hotels were good and kept in touch for the entire duration thus ensuring we have a safe trip. Thanks Archit for a wonderful experience!

Overall very good experience.Awesome trip. Good and organised way. Thanks to Shalinili from JDO to organising a memorial trip. Specially want to thanks driver Omprakash.He is very good gentlemen. Without him my trip cannot be success and memorial. Just want you guys to recognise his work done towards this trip. Hope will travel again with you guys. Hotel Grand View was awesome and memorial stay.

Overall nice experience ; We took the trip from Countryside travels vendor. Mr.Arjun was there 24*7 for any assistance. Driver was good but a bit stubborn, like he many times parked the vehicle 1 km from the scenic points and asked to travel by foot to there. He denied if we wanted to roam at night even before 9 pm. You should ask the driver to align with your travel plan as confirmed by your vendor or he will make you travel as per his ease. Rest every thing was fine. The time we spend at evergreen hotel, Manali. The best hotel in whole trip and very professional staff and workers there. The moments at solang valley were also amazing and please dont miss the walk at the Mall road, Shimla. Thanks.

I booked a tour to Himachal (Shimla - Manali - Kasol - Chandigarh). The tour was excellent in Himachal Pradesh. Hotel was decent in Shimla, Manali. Hotel was just about okay in Kasol. Hotel was the worst in Chandigarh. The experience in Shimla, Manali and Kasol were great - all expected sight seeing was covered. Driver allocated to us was good - he drove safely, the car was clean and the overall experience till end of journey was excellent. The only glitch is what we experienced at Chandigarh. We were allotted a hotel and when I went up for check in, I was informed it was changed. Another near by hotel was allocated. That hotel was not up to the mark. The pain I felt was I wasn't proactively informed despite the fact that there was a Whats App group set up by the Tour company for my assistance.

Many good and bad experiences. We have to do more research than given by travel agents. Photos misguide you. Last minute changed hotel Apple bud cottages was very good. All other hotels except the above and the yellow hotel in Chandigarh were not up to 3 stars mark.
