Soothing Dalhousie Tour Package From Ahmedabad 3 Days & 2 Nights

This is first time I faced totally unprofessional from travel yatri. I had booking of three star hotel in dharmshala,but before reaching I got call from travel yatri ,they said there is some issue in room which they book for us,and they book two star hotel.when I reached there there wasno proper option for extra bedding ,they kept the bed near the washroom ,and combote seat was not in toilets,then I called to trip coordinator,no one received the call. I need compensation for the same,when I booked three star hotel then why I booked for two star hotel

Places such as Jot pass and Sach pass were missing from the itinerary. Both hotels had low hot water availability. Hotel in Dharamshala had a subpar quality room and the location was also not good. Intercommunication between travel triangle agents, Himalayan world agents, hotels and cabs were not good.

The whole travel and the stay was very smooth. We initially had some doubts because we don't know the local language of Himachal very well and felt it would be difficult to communicate with the driver, but the driver gave us a very good experience and he is very knowledgeable about the area. Also, the people from the travel.kept checking with us constantly to see if there are any issues and also made sure everything was perfect. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Adbhuy Bharat to anyone travelling to Himachal !! 200% !!

Hotel in Dharamshala (Sai Taj Grand) was excellent with very polite staff. But the hotel in Dalhousie (Satyadev Grand) was horrible. The entrance and ambience was so poor that you wouldn't like to stay in the hotel. The staff was rude too and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The cabs AC wasn't working and hence it was too hot in Haryana and Punjab when we were traveling from Delhi towards Dharamshala. The agent (Guruji Travels) refused to accept its AC is ill functioning. The driver (Vikas Kumar) was a very polite guy. One of the best drivers that I have ever travelled with. He needs all the desired appraisals from his company. Guruji Travels needs to be o be more customer centric as they are in service industry. Should give a heed to customers complaints and should check the hotels that they are giving to their customers. Himanshu from Travel Triangle was very helpful in listening to our complaints.

The trip was well planned by the Agent. Hotel in Mcleod Ganj was Excellent but the one in Dalhousie was not that good. Overall agent and driver made our trip perfect. Thank you guys

Very well organised trip. Mr.Rakesh from Mountain people was very professional, polite and provided me timely support starting from booking to end of tour. Even hotel that was recommended was good with good view, decent and clean food and friendly staff. cab services was decent too. Driver was friendly and knowledgable, very comfortable cab . Keep up the good work.

I was on a family trip along with my wife and parents to dalhousie in month of January. Everything was good except last moments change of hotels and decreased pre-planned services. Due to heavy snowfall, roads were blocked hence unable to reach said hotel and then hotel were changed with some services being reduced. Also there was some places to visit under said itinerary but that was also not done. However, My Overall experience with Veena Travels was good and satisfactory.

I'm glad I decided to make trip from u guys.My agent from holiday triangle( Gunjan )is best in all way try to resolve all prblms easily But one thing i dont like in my trip that driver is not so good he is not so friendly does not tell us the spots to roam and when we tell him some locations he deny most of the time Overall trip is nice because of u guys Thanks

In itnery should include VERY IMPORTANT places. For example, at shimla Jakhu Temple. Because our driver is refuse to go there since it was not mentioned in itnery.

Hi I had booked 6 nights 7 days package for Dharamshala / Dalhousie / Amritsar. It was good time . some of the points we disagree and learned from this trip 1. First of all landing in Amritsar Driver of car was in connection with us He called us and asked us to come to Parking Area. which we were not knowing. Driver could have personally come to arrival spot and guided us to Parking ,like what all other tourist were been guided by other travel agencies. 2. it was 3 nights in Dharmshala / 2nights in Dalhousie and one night in Amritsar. as per our request But 3rd day in dharmshala was not required as on that day just to fill up the program for some temples was schedule.travel agencies should have guided us . 3. Hotel at Dharamshala was good but as the low occupancy we found two days dinner menu was same and no changes in food. I think we should have at least some menus. But room service and other facilities were good. 4. hotel booked at Dalhousi was not at proper dalahousi . Location was too bad and the entry of hotel was not plesent . intercom sstem and hot waer system was not properly working. Due to heavy snow fall in Dalhousie the way which goes to Khajiar was closed but the other was was open to reach there . But the driver says it will cost sepertate if we aare using that why which was approx 70 km run one way. i think we now the internary send by you people and if alternate ways are there there should not be any cost to us. unfortunately we have to cancell the khajjar .Driver seems not intersted . 5. Hotel at Amritsar was good people were also good But the room given to us had no ventilation. and the food services where dinner and breakfast were served were totally un hygnic. Driver refuse us to take to Golden temple in night as we requested. after 8.00 pm We travel to golden temple by our own expences . he gave excuse of shceule and time. at airport also while droping us he just removed our luggeage and rive his car . No manngers to say good bye or curtcy to say byee. i hve tips for him in my hand but he did not turn up nd just drive his car. Driver was not having locations idea as every time he was asking us to look in the goggle map and guide him to drive.

I didn’t have a good service at the hotel and they didn’t give us a better after asking for better room as they did have rooms they didn’t provide us one and even were trying to manipulate stuff about to their terms Our travel agent made our trip good for us and helped us a lot thanks a ton to him and even the driver was good he showed us everything and even some of the things which were not in our itenary

The travel agent was humble enough to reply our queries. He kept us updated time to time . We will definitely look forward to plan our next trip through him only

Please make sure travel agentshould interacr more with driver, please do keep track of right weather because it was too much of summer to bear and please share exact amount for any activities do say more price to us donot try to profit from us like driver did with us Everything staying at beautiful location and paragliding hotel service

Experience of travelling with Travel Magzine has been very satisfactory. We went on a honeymoon Trip. All the arrangements were great. The rooms were very spacious and clean. overall great experience.
