This is first time I faced totally unprofessional from travel yatri. I had booking of three star hotel in dharmshala,but before reaching I got call from travel yatri ,they said there is some issue in room which they book for us,and they book two star hotel.when I reached there there wasno proper option for extra bedding ,they kept the bed near the washroom ,and combote seat was not in toilets,then I called to trip coordinator,no one received the call. I need compensation for the same,when I booked three star hotel then why I booked for two star hotel

Places such as Jot pass and Sach pass were missing from the itinerary. Both hotels had low hot water availability. Hotel in Dharamshala had a subpar quality room and the location was also not good. Intercommunication between travel triangle agents, Himalayan world agents, hotels and cabs were not good.

The whole travel and the stay was very smooth. We initially had some doubts because we don't know the local language of Himachal very well and felt it would be difficult to communicate with the driver, but the driver gave us a very good experience and he is very knowledgeable about the area. Also, the people from the travel.kept checking with us constantly to see if there are any issues and also made sure everything was perfect. Hotel in Dharamshala (Sai Taj Grand) was excellent with very polite staff. But the hotel in Dalhousie (Satyadev Grand) was horrible. The entrance and ambience was so poor that you wouldn't like to stay in the hotel. The staff was rude too and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The cabs AC wasn't working and hence it was too hot in Haryana and Punjab when we were traveling from Delhi towards Dharamshala. The agent (Guruji Travels) refused to accept its AC is ill functioning. The driver (Vikas Kumar) was a very polite guy. One of the best drivers that I have ever travelled with. He needs all the desired appraisals from his company. Guruji Travels needs to be o be more customer centric as they are in service industry. Should give a heed to customers complaints and should check the hotels that they are giving to their customers. Himanshu from Travel Triangle was very helpful in listening to our complaints.

Return Bus journey was very hectic because of the bus booked by Assure trip. Seats of bus were not at all comfortable considering the journey of 14-15 hours. Also the condition of bus was not good. I am not satisfied with assure trip because of this Bus and also they had not properly communicated with Hotel management. Further, I still not got ₹500 cashback which Assure trip promised. Mini Switzerland was awesome and also the Kwality restaurant's food was delicious.

I was on a family trip along with my wife and parents to dalhousie in month of January. Everything was good except last moments change of hotels and decreased pre-planned services. Due to heavy snowfall, roads were blocked hence unable to reach said hotel and then hotel were changed with some services being reduced. Also there was some places to visit under said itinerary but that was also not done. However, My Overall experience with Veena Travels was good and satisfactory.

Hotel provided at shimla is barowalia resort, which is a pathetic hotel. initially was promised to give Pahuna resort, but later changed. Itenary provided in the list cannot be completed due to not so super planning, only 60% places can be covered.. Driver is a good person and he is a good gentle man. after so much of complaints got a better hotel in Manali Varsha Inn a very good hotel thanks to Mrs. Sharma, but the itenary in manali should be planned for 2 days, 1 day is not sufficient, this has to be told to the customer, if customer is having budget problems cover only important places. Because of this creating unnecessary rift between customer and driver, luckily not happened in my case. Neelam is very helpful in co-ordinating things, but as an agency lot to improve.
