Jitendra's 9 days trip to Himachal

Overall trip was good. Driver was very cooperative and nice. However, following are the issues during the trip:- 1. Certain highly famous sightseen were not included in the itinerary such as Atal Tunnel / Sisu Valley, Manikaran, Kasol etc. 2. For above trip driver charged directly to us. For e.g. we have paid INR 4K for Sisu which is hardly 25KM from Solang valley directly to driver. The price paid were too high as per my view. 3. Hotel Aura Grand in Amritsar was pathetic as the room were not clean, food was tasteless and not hygienic infact some food items like butter were stinking.

      1. Very Good - Driver's attitude - Driving skills - Hospitality & Cooperation at all Hotels - Food (Breakfast & Dinner) at all Hotels 2. Okay - Average - All hotels were kind of 2*. It should be atleast 3* hotels in this cost - Specially Hotel at Dharamshala was very small and not upto standard (Although the food was good) - Location of hotels were not located even thru Google Maps - 3 days out of 9 days was No breakfast - No complimentary drink on arrival on any hotels - Hot water at few hotels was issue 3. Improvements - Driver was very good, but try to see that they get some amount at the start of the journey to cover fuel/toll expenses - Atal tunnel which is most attraction was not covered and we had to pay extra to go there - Sight seeing places were very very common. Please explore more places for sight seeing - Long walking for sight seeing since the car was of Haryana - Extra bed was just a mattress on floor. The floor was so cold that it was impossible to sleep - First day and Last day were too long journey - Exclusive vouchers are absolutely of no use. See that something worth is given.

The trip was very good and nicely arranged by my holiday representative Sachin Rathore. Initially I was picked up from New Delhi and we drove to Shimla where we had nice stay at the hotel. It was a smooth transition to hotel room. We travelled to the places Shimla,Manali,Dharamshala & Dalhousie. The rooms were pre-booked with something called Holiday Device from Travel Triangle. The food was tasty in all the locations. This was my anniversary trip which was made memorable by Sachin from Travel Triangle by arranging a surprise candle light dinner and cake on the day of my anniversary. The driver was very knowledgeable who knew all locations of the trip. All in all a best trip from Travel Triangle. Thanks, Abhijeet

Kartheek's 9 days trip to Himachal

Hi, Myself and my wife were on a trip to Himachal ( shimla- Kulu manali- Dharamsala- Dalhousie) for 8 nights and 9 days. Let me give feed back on everything . We paid huge amount for this trip , but what we got is not as per our expectations. 1) Hotels : Hotels in shimla and dalhousie and dharamsala are far from towns. And in shimla literally it took hell lot of time travelling to hotel and city in the huge traffic we have there. Food in shimla and manali is not as good as we expected. But dharamsala hotel is nice in all aspects except the distance . And I am not sure how the selection of hotels from either Travel Triangle or travel agencies happen. 2) While paying money or on itenary you do not mention any details on hill view from rooms , but later we get normal rooms with no hill view. If we ask we get reply that itne pise me itne hoga. After spending 54k just for package I don't think any customer thinks on spending 3-4 k on hill view rooms. Being in a closed rooms does not make any sense after travelling that much distance. 3) And on the travel, most of the things on itenary need us to walk or go through horses and all for which we need to spend again, u should clearly mention that on the itenary that those cant be reached by car. 4)most of the travel is simply wasted on mornings for travelling between Delhi- Shimla 12 hrs, Shimla-Manali 9-12hrs, Manali- Dharamsala 9hrs, Dharamsala- Dalhousie 4-5 hrs, again Dalhousie-Delhi 11-12 hrs, so I cam see almost 4-5 days are completely wasted on travel. Rather you should come with a good plan of organizing the travels by night and arranging local sight seeing something differently. 5) Again on the local adventure activities I can see the local authorities demand huge money with out any proper rate . Travel agencies should have tie up with some of the adventure activities organization's and provide coupons for us for normal price. We didn't perform any adventure stuff due to the huge price they demand. 6) About Driver: He is very nice, professional, humble, good and experienced on hill side driving. 1) Manali Rohtang pass , ofcourse again need to spend huge money from my pocket as there is no proper plan from travel agencies. 2) Natural beauty of Shimla and Manali .

Hotels where really good, with nice view, clean rooms, good food. Nice experience on hotels. Cab driver was the worst very bad behaviour, used to take us to only those places which where costly and had his commission. He had a very bad way of looking towards my wife, had to warn him and use rough language then he apologized.

Well I have to say that I'm always a little nervous about booking a trip online but everything worked out fine with God's grace. Our family were given nice surprises throughout our trip by Raina David (Travel Triangle) Raina David, Ms Meghana and Mr Santa Singh (My Trip Organiser and Mr Gurpreet Sharma (our tour driver and guide). we had a wonderful experience as part of our Himalayan valley Trip 2019. Many Thanks Ms Meghana and Mr Santa Singh to My Trip Organiser who helped to plan this out.. what is possible and what;s not based on the time and the peak season traffic.. Whenever we had issues with the hotel, Ms Meghana/Mr Santa was able to help us. We had 11 day trip.. Covering Shimla, Manali, Dharamashala, Delhouise, Delhi and Arga. Apart from Delhi and Arga, the trip was so amazing.. Mr Gurpreet Sharma (9803936337) was our tour driver and guide (enough though it was not his duty). He has good driving skill and is very careful on road. He's also very friendly and talk with us telling places history and stories around it. He always waited for us patiently for taking photos and taking us to good hotels and even local food places on the roads. We were picked up at our hotel and other places promptly. He had no complaint for driving night or early morning.. He always carry a smile with him from the first day until last day. Big Thumbs up for him. We really missed on Delhi and Arga trip. hotels recommended by Ms Meghana and Mr Santa Singh from My Trip Organiser were so good Kamna Hill Resort, Shimla: During both breakfast and dinner at Kamna Hill Resort, the food and service was excellent. Thanks to chefs Jaspal Thakur and Bhuvan Bhatt. We felt really pampered by the caring staff - special thanks to both Mr.Shantnu and Mr Hukum Kashyap. Special attention given to kids. The location of the hotel was superb as it was quiet and away from the main hustle and bustle of the rest of Shimla. We were totally relaxed and left all our cares back on during our stay there. We would definitely be looking forward to going back again Holiday Heights Manali: We really appreciated for Holiday Heights at manali warm welcoming and excellent services. It was wonderful holiday with family in manali. we are delighted to be guided by Mr Lucky, Manager who arranged for us even the special visit to Rohtang Pass trip. Without even asking he and his staff packaged breakfast for us as we left to the trip at 4 AM. holiday heights at manali has a very professional and dedicated team. Hotel Udechee Huts, Dharamshala Beautiful location, sitting on the balcony of the hut and watching sunrise was amazing and surrounded by greenery and mountain. friendly staff, nice environment and they went on helping with special request for late night dinner even at 12 AM at the mid night as they go late to the drive to this location. Thanks to Yaduraaj, Ashwani and Team Indraprastha Resort Dalhousie : The staff at Indraprastha Resort Dalhousie were very attentive to our requests. They were generous with their assistance and went an extra mile to make our stay really comfortable starting with welcome drink. Our family enjoyed the amazing food during both breakfast and dinner. Thanks to Chef - Mr. Chaman Sharma and Mr. Anil and his friends who served us so warmly. Not forgetting the live music with wonderful selection of songs! THanks to Mr. Arun Puri .. You are have a special gift to entertain us. The Indraprastha Resort has set the standard of Resort at Dalhousie for my family really high. It's hard to beat! We will surely visit again! Taurus hotel, Delhi We had a 5 star experience @ Taurus hotel, Delhi. Absolutely beautiful in house dining wonderful atmosphere friendly waiters and special thanks to Ms Pooja who was constantly checking with how is food and taking song dedications. We only met with smiling and courteous staff like Mr. Praveen who at all times took good care of us and was very prompt in bringing it up and down from our rooms. To all the staffs, thank you very much for a wonderful stay. Overall, My Trip Organiser made this possible and were very much responsive both preplanning and during the trip. They responded every time when we needed help. To My Trip Organiser we will give 4 stars out of 5 providing valuable planning and support services throughout our trip even at the night or weekend time

The trip experience was very good. Starting from planning, Mr. Dhruv helped a lot to finalize the tour program within our budget. We changed our plan several times, but he always helped with a smile. During the trip, Mr. Krishna was always at our service. Due to health issues, we had to alter our trip, he helped a lot during the entire trip whenever we contacted him. The hotels were very good, but their locations in shimla and manali were extremely extremely remote. Other hotels in dharamshala, Amritsar and chandigarh were very good. The car driver was ok, not great. I was expecting better service from him. Overall, I would definitely recommend Travel Triangle to plan tour program.
