The hotel in Manali was decent enough, food was ok. The camp in Kasol was sort of a nightmare. There was no proper route to reach the camp. We had to cross river on rocks walking in the night with luggage. Wish we were informed early about it. The heater in the room was also not worth it and no hot water as well. The best part was the driver Ankit who helped us in every way. He was very accommodating and professional. The agents should take more care about the river camps and also giving a clear itinerary otherwise it would cause more confusion and we could end up paying more than needed

At the time of booking the commitment whatever they have assured not matched at the time of service. Car was alto which has very less leg space. However that can be manageable somehow whereas all the rooms which i have asked at the time of booking those rooms are not booked. At the time of booking i have clearly mentioned I need particular that room the pic which they shared. whereas they booked the lower catagory. and they not even mentioned that the photo they have shared that is the lower catagory. I need to pay extra on spot.

Please make sure that you have double cbecked the itenary with himalayan travel agents. They plan one itenary and provide the other...we have planned for a trip of 5 days and they have provided knly for 3 days.. Travel agent services are very poor and they worst in responding! This made our tour very problematic... All that happened with itenary.

Starting from the day 1, we are disappointed with the cab service by Driver Gurdeep Singh. This person don't have any respect to his customers, he will show only what he want to show and his mood is also changes like as of his wish. By his behaviour only we are disappointed with the trip completely. He plays only Punjabi songs as of his wish in a full sound and he won't tell any important place which comes in the way. Services by Walk holidays Sumit Kumar sir made us little bit comfort and the driver listened to us. Please please requesting you people don't allow us this type of drivers, because we trust and pays you the huge amount. Just because of one person we got disappointed. If you call me I can what had happened exactly from starting to ending.

We (4 people) booked Manali tour from Travel triangle, where we got the quotations from "Travel Vichar". We reached Delhi in the midnight and we had a cab to go to Manali first (a very long journey. Prefer this if you are a travel person or else you will get bored). First things first, Manali is one great place in India that every one has to visit for its beautiful valleys and snow ( in the month of February and March). Travel vichar provided us a good cab (Swift DZire), great experienced driver (Chaman taxi driver), a great hotel in Manali (Lotus in River view) where the food and ambience of the hotel was so good. We had a nice view from top of the hotel. I would recommend Travel vichar if they change the hotel in Shimla (Aplin hillden), where the staffs did not help us in taking our luggages from the slope to the hotel. They did not provide breakfast at the last day. Food was quite normal too on other days. Apart from Aplin hotel, we had a nice time there in Himachal Pradesh. The staffs from Travel vichar are too kind to change the packages to our needs. And I am satisfied with their service. The trip to solang valley and river rafting were the best moments
