We are extremely happy to choose travel talkies via travel triangle. We booked manali shimla from 5th to 9th July. Hotels booked were clean neat and kids friendly, nice view from room. Foods provided were of good quality and hygienic. The Hotels we stayed in had amazing scenic views, nice and clean, staffs served us the best. Special thanks to our tour coordinator Ms. Santoshi Shah for regularly enquiring about our well being and any help required, putting all effort to make our holidays memorable. Mr Keval Thakur our cab driver was very friendly and cooperative and made our journey nd stay top notch experience, his driving skill was excellent and also informed us about tourist spots, took us to good restaurants on the way to enjoy local cuisine. They did not consider aspects like sun, temperature etc while planning the trip and quote accordingly. Had to travel in very hot sun with 3yrs kid without AC though I paid for AC. When asked they said they did not include AC in ghats in the quote. Mr Sony has confirmed it in his call that they did not include for AC in ghats which is 6+hrs drive in scotching heat. Horrible response and service. They quoted low just to win the deal but not to provide service expecting return customers.

Hotel provided at shimla is barowalia resort, which is a pathetic hotel. initially was promised to give Pahuna resort, but later changed. Itenary provided in the list cannot be completed due to not so super planning, only 60% places can be covered.. Driver is a good person and he is a good gentle man. after so much of complaints got a better hotel in Manali Varsha Inn a very good hotel thanks to Mrs. Sharma, but the itenary in manali should be planned for 2 days, 1 day is not sufficient, this has to be told to the customer, if customer is having budget problems cover only important places. Because of this creating unnecessary rift between customer and driver, luckily not happened in my case. Neelam is very helpful in co-ordinating things, but as an agency lot to improve.

The travel coordinator Shruti was really great in coordinating with the hotels. Manali heights was a great choice. Their service is the best. Shimla hotel was not upto the mark. While the hotel manager was a good person, they don't have a proper parking space and the room needs pest control. Bedsheets were promptly changed when we notified of the soiled sheets. Manali heights is a highly recommend hotel.

It was a great Trip . lots of enjoy .Hotel was good and cooperative staff with good service. We like the food Also .Clean and spacious Rooms Only the driver of Cab was in very hurry at every sightseen . One point of vashisht temple was missed out completely by Him from our itinerary because we didn't check our itinerary there . Mr. Praveen was very cooperative and responsible person through out the tour. He has make a good tour for us. Over all it is a great experience and enjoy a lot with Trans Himalaya and Travel triangle.

I would personally thank Prashant from assure trip to spoil my trip. This guy dont know hospitality which is the basic thing in his field.Assure trip guys will not check with you whether hotel and driver were upto the mark or not .They will only call you for payment. These guys just book hotel and cab for you and do not expect more from them.My personel experience was bad and do not recommend anyone to use their services.
