Worst Experience in Bangkok hotel checkin time was 2 pm but we landed there at 10 am and paid 500 bahts extra for 4 hrs which was very annoying. PJ Water gate Hotel is one such a bad hotel and shit atmosphere for couples I repeat please don't suggest this hotel in future. Staff are like aliens they wont provide any relevant information nor they help us to stay comfort.

It could have been better. Hotel in Bangkok not for vegetarians and staff don’t even understand English.

Ashlee Hub hotel patong is excellent for its location and facilities. Rooms are large and hotel staff is courteous. Bankok D Varee xpress Makkasan is a very bad choice of hotel. Rooms are very small and stinky and AC is not comfortable. Its location is very bad due to flyover construction just besides it leading to heavy traffic jam and i dont suggest anyone for it. None of the tour coordiator in bangkok contacted us and kun Vicky is not at all reachable on his phone. Phuket stay and phi phi island visit

First and foremost i should appreciate Riya for the timely planning and updates from the start even before booking and till our trip got over. It was difficult for me in a way to book and coordinate since i was away from India but she made is really easy for me. My experience in Thailand was great too but i would only have a problem in miscommunication where the agent told me that visa on arrival was only necessary when i reach Phuket Via Bangkok but things were different when i landed where i had to be on a long enough queue and apply for visa with very minimum English speaking people in that airport. Finally i was able to fly before my connection flight departed since asking some English speaking people and advise me about fast track counter for visa which was a big stressful for me. But otherwise my trip had been great. Thanks a lot to Riya and the Team !! I will definately plan my future trips with you guys with no hesitation. Cheers :)

hotels at bangkok & krabi were good , but at Phuket was worst. cab driver at Phuket was not familiar with the destination (i.e hotel). the WhatsApp group i don't think was worth , it should have been in the manner that every night the plan , schedule, timings for next day should have been messeged & not what just i asked that was replied, the trip could have been more enjoyable & memorable. the travel agent was good but the info provided was limited could have been given more & planned better. overall it was a good trip four island tour was the best

Breakfast food quality was not up to mark,only few varitiies of veg. food served.Maximum non veg appearance.Food of Pattaya coral island is too worst Cab driver is too good in both Pattaya and bangkok

overall experience with travel triangle was very nice. In terms of timely reply to queries, setting up all bookings and allocation of good plan was good. Assigned agents were very helpful. Our trip begins in start week of January and the weather in Thailand was favourable to visit. Phuket, Krabi and Phi Phi islands were the main attractions in our plan. Bangkok jungle safari was good.

Hotel services : 4/5 Cab services including Sightseeings, pick and drops : 5/5 Agent services from whom you have booked this package : 4/5 Whatsapp Support services : 5/5 How likely it is that you recommend Travel Triangle to your friends or colleagues on the scale of 1 to 10 and 10 stands for highly recommended : 9/10 Few feed back: Ibis sathorn was little far from market area which was hassle for shopping Ibis Pattaya was at great location Coral island tour was very scary as we saw an accident at paragliding site and the lady was drown in Sea because of ignorance of the crew, we had to cancel all our water activities and that day was most depressing as we went to Pattaya for water activities which we could not do Also, we understand we got 5 mins delayed but we met the driver and he said I am waiting, when we came out he was not there as he went to drop other passengers which we understand, when we contacted the local team they said to charge 200 baht extra pp which was so annoying but finally the driver came and he was fine with taking us to the island pier without any charge. We saw miscommunication here also saw intention to earn from us as a tourist when we are already troubled inspite of making a way out for us Siricha and Safari world was quite similar , people can skip one We had best quality time at chophyra dinner cruise, everyone should go for it while visiting Bangkok

Overall the travel are ok . few feedback due to which I had suffered 1. My Name in the ticket was prefixed with MS instead of Mr which created issue during check in. never expected such basic mistake by you.it took lot of time to convince . I was upset on that as it happening in the beginning of journey. 2. itinerary was not planned properly .it seems you guys do it in a hurry . As the cab pick up mentioned in the plan was 11 am for krabi to Bangkok although my flite was at 10.50. it seems no one scans the itinerary and you are just playing with customer experience 3. while I reached bangkok for my itinerary there was no communication from the local operator . no one was responding to my queries it became difficult to get the plan for next day.  4. the quality of cabs provided for my phuket private travel was bad .it seems like the oldest car in the town was picked regards Anand
