We enjoyed our trip very much. But the local land package provided "Red Apple Travel" had very pathetic services. The drivers were rude, at times they use to shout on tourists just because they are late by 2-3 minutes. This incident occurred with us and other co-passenger which we witnessed.

Booked Bali trip thru Aga Holidays Pros:- 1. On Field drivers and agents in Bali were very good 2. Hotels were nice 3. Overall trip experience was a good one. 4. Bali travel agent were super concerned polite and helpful in time of need. Cons 1. Lack of professionalism in communication. 2. After repeatedly asking for details of scuba didnt get any information on the experience 3. No response from the travel agent when in need while changing the hotel from ubud to kuta again. Had to do it on my own. 4. Wont book trip again from aga holiday ( travel triangle )

Overall experience of the trip was very good. The help from all the concerned from the travel agent was also very quick. Especially the contact person in Port blair was very helpful and interactive. However, had a very bad experience with respect to hotels in Havelock. The stay in Port blair and Neils island was good. Request to please consider not to allot the hotel in Havelock to anyone coming for trip. The can was very clean and the cab drivers were informative and very punctual. In Havelock island, the hotel informed us about the complimentary candle light dinner however as that was not included in the quote, it caused confusion and hence was not done. Request to include it in the quote from next time Had a great time at Radhanagar beach and thankful for complimentary photoshoot. Had time in the Green Ocean jetty also.

The arrangements made by Mr. Rahul from Explore World (Travel Triangle) made the journey seamless and enjoyable, except for the boat house experience, which fell short of expectations. The boat could have been better maintained and more comfortable. That said, the other venues, locations, and accommodations were amazing.
