It was good memorable trip, the driver Anand SINGH is an excellent driver who takes care and guides well without any expectations. He is sharp on time and was punctual. Being with kids it’s tough planning as scheduled and cover all the places of visit. He ensured we covered all the areas planned and are visited to our satisfaction. Also all our valuables were left in his car during trip and went unattended at our end without worries. Would be the person to have for service for any trips in Jaipur. Regarding agent, only thing that was not clear was the coverage or safari in package which was not updated till last minute had to book ourself. The agreement was to have end to end covered in package and quotation shared. But realised that safari was not covered only on the day of arrival at Ranthambore for stay. Luckily it was taken care by the hotel person and agent co-ordination. In all the trip was very well organised. Agents should be in constant touch to discuss on day today progress rather customer getting in touch. Minor follow ups, small small things matter a lot and makes a huge difference for customer satisfaction. Memories: We were late back from Ranthambore and missed chowki dhani on that day, Anand Singh ensured we do not miss anything and covered all the places planned to visit by replanning and covering all that was planned. The most memorable was arranging of Guide Ashok who was humble and knowledged person fit for the position of guiding the palace, Anand on fly arranged and ensured we did not miss anything in palace and it was memorable.

Overall it was a good tour of golden triangle. schedule customized by us was little bit hectic need one or two more days for same itinerary. Tourpedia just book hotels and hire tempo traveller for us and kept all other things on Us. Bus driver didn't know the itinerary at all. Every day he was aking for where to go. Cab driver was always looking for commission from guide and hotels. In vrindavan and agra he gave us guide Who are looking to chit us. I was expected much more from tourpedia after reading reviews but get dissapointed with the service espacially with the bus driver and his approch. So I can suggest travellers to clear all things before booking with travel agent.

Mr. Manoj planned our 3 days Agra and Fatehpur Sikri trip. This was especially nice because I contacted him a week before our arrival. I was informed ahead of time as to who would pick us up from Agra station at 10:30 pm and who would lead our tour. Hotel check-in was hassle free and everything was well maintained. Our stay was in Hotel Karan Vilas which is a very nice hotel and breakfast was very delicious there. Mr. Rahul who was the captain have well maintained and clean car has wealth of knowledge about city attarctions and history of city and gave us the right amount of information. He advised us to prepare for anything and gave us options on how to spend our days. Mr. Rahul accommodated us safely, made us laugh and provided a good amount of drinks and snacks. Vehicle CNG was filled only during trip starting, it can be filled earlier. During Agra trip 3 time at CNG station around 1 hour wasted. In Agra suddenly unknown guide was entered Mentioning he was from aapakTripwala. Fast tag recharge was not done for vehicle and we waited for 30 to 60 mins on highway due to network issues,he was not ready to pay for cash transactions. The Hotel (Sita International) which was booked for us in Delhi was not at all Good., simply pathetic. So, it's strictly recommended not to visit or book any room at Sita International in New Delhi (Near to New Delhi Railway Station). The hotel was booked by the travel agency & the name of the Hotel is Sita International. But there is no sign of international standards & quality of that Hotel. They're using that "International" tag only for business that's it. The "deluxe room" they provided to us (Me, my wife & my 5-year-old son) is a remarkably simple ordinary one- or two-star category hotel room. The blanket they provided to us was torn. For reference please I've attached pictures of that blanket. The button under the shower in the bathroom was broken. Now after sharing all the information in reception, the hotel people behaved very casually & asked me to adjust. I informed my travel agent (Back to Holiday) regarding the issue, and my travel agent confirmed that in the evening they'll change my room but after returning from sightseeing the hotel said, "Room change is not possible because all rooms are booked". So, this is the situation I faced during my travel on the very first day (14.10.24). And in the morning The Hotel owner talked with me on the phone & told me that I made a quite simple issue into a big issue. So after paying advance to the travel agency, I faced this kind of situation. Last but not least, in the morning I found RAT in that room. And they're called it's an International Hotel. So strictly & Strictly recommended before booking anything think twice. Yes, after that remaining two Hotels are good (Gurukripa @ Mathura and Royal View @ Jaipur) & as per the standard, especially the last one (Royal View at Jaipur- 3-star category Hotel) .... Now regarding Cab. The Cab driver has a huge setting with all the guides in each & everywhere (Agra, Mathura, Jaipur) .... Directly & indirectly, he forced us to hire a guide so that he could earn a commission. And you'll not deny it because, in the middle of the tour, it's very risky & not at all safe. The driver has a very good local connection & I was traveling with my wife & my 5-year-old son. If I refused to hire a guide, he could have done anything locally because of his local connection & we're very new in that area. When at Jaipur we told that driver we don't require any guide he told me during travel maybe we'll face problems. Now in that situation what do you do? So as per his recommendation, we're forced to hire a guide as per the driver's choice, and we paid him Rs. 800 as decided by the driver (The normal government guide charge is Rs. 400).... So, if you'll travel along with your family (Like wife & son) you've got to accept all the terms & conditions of the driver because he has a strong local connection & you don't have that connection. Not only that, the driver will take you to some local shops where he has a good connection & if you buy something from that shop the driver will get a commission. Even on this trip, our driver took some local shops in Agra where he has a commission-based connection. Otherwise, he was not interested in taking you to some local shops where he'd not get any commission.

Ashok country resort Hotel which was provided in delhi was not upto 4 star standards, doesnt have any restaurants near by. It looks like an extension area. Hotels in Agra and Jaipur were good. Geyser is not working in hotel room amer valley in jaipur, but its good that they have arranged the alternative electricity heater, make sure this won't be frequent scenario's. Coming to driver he is a good person with polite behaviour but coming to work level he needs to improve he is not sure of the routes which caused a lot of delay sometimes , it would be great if you can arrange driver with good knowledge on routes for respective trip plan. Which saves both driver and our time instead of leading to wrong route.
