It was excellent experience, barring the communication gap on first day of the tour. The Driver was not aware of the itinerary as to what's included and we had to struggle of our own. Still The entire trip was well coordinated, Drivers Bee as well as Rissanto, well disciplined, always smiling and very considerate towards his guests. All Hotels booked , Ramada in Seminyak, Pandava in Nusa Penida and Bali Relaxing resort in Nusa Dua , were all clean and worth the value. The team at Bali too was quick in response. However, my observations with respect to some tourist spots and activities as under, is to give fair view of what one gets and take conscious decision to opt or opt out to save on time and money : 1. The place for Lunch booked during first day of Kintamani Tour was different than what was mentioned in our itinerary, finding difficult at our level and driver too was clueless, although lateron some alternative arrangements were made. 2. The Bali Swing at Aloha was not only waste of time and money, but was worthless. Out of 6, only 2 tried. Swing was not even better than the swing at your Home. Rice terraces too not worthy of visiting. So Swing as well as rice terraces is not worth the amount and time spent. 3. While visit to besakh temple is worth, tertha Ganga can be avoided, as it doesn't have much to see. 4. Tanha Lot temple visit was overwhelming. Instead of Teertha Ganga, more time can be spent in Tanha Lot. 5. Ulun Danu Temple is worth, but nothing much to see in Uluwatu , except for Kechak Dance. 6. Nusa Penida island visit and it's all tour are not worth the visit. Snorkeling at crystal bay, is wastage of time and money,and much much inferior to the experience that you gain in Phiphi island tour in Thailand. Overnight stay in Nusa Penida Hotel not suggested as water is salty, instead day tour from Sanur can be taken if at all this island anyone want to visit. 7. The candle light dinner, arranged, was superb and we all enjoyed the evening. Overall experience was fantastic, the Team Kalpana Tours and Travels and it's counter part Indo Jaya Travels Bali, both deserve all appreciations. it was a good trip. I want to suggest that you please advise on the weather and local conditions and please keep a briefing session, nowadays everything is available on YouTube but a few people may not be free to watch those videos they rely on you for everything. Many people there were shocked to see that kind of warm weather in December. they were in a different mindset. Bali is not a cheap place as most of us think everything had an international price So please advice for keeping good money with everyone. VISA and MASTERCARD were acceptable but everywhere 3 % tax was added. second thing, after booking of the tour with you I felt disconnected, as I travel a lot because I work on the ship I am always worried about the documentation part, and I didn't get any advice from you too. You should talk with people and keep a record of each part of the world and just forward that doc to the traveler. if any change you can update the doc. I can tell you now what is exactly required for Bali, even people sitting at desks don't know what is required, they made me fill out one Malaysian form which was not required because I didn't go for immigration in Malaysia while returning I didn't fill that form . third, the tour plan was good but I also gave input so you can say it was a mutual effort. The hotel at Sanur was great, hotel at Nusa Pendia was not good we were the only couple who was staying over there still they lied about our booking . The food was not good too because nobody stayed over there. Kuta hotel was good, because I requested for not too costly hotel so I can understand that fourth, advise everyone to keep some antibiotics for the journey.

It was a lovely trip. Both the hotels The Alantra Sanur & The Sakaye were beautiful. Our guide Angga was very polite, Helpful & knowledgeable. We enjoyed our time in Bali. The travel Traingle took care of all our bookings there which were very thorough. Coordination was very good. it was well planned. I must recommend to book your trips through travel Traingle.

Had a wonderful time in Bali. Thanks to Mr. Ronak and Gusti. A very special thanks to Tanvi who customized our itinerary with good attractions. A few things haywire other than that every thing is planned perfectly. Chaffer is good at driving but he is unable to explain the things which we have asked. When ever we asked something his immediate response was "I Don't Know". Even we asked the tradition of Bali then he was saying same story. Other than that he is polite and well mannered. Boat Journey from Sanur to Nusa Dua Penida was awsome, we enjoyed alot. Finally the hotels and private villa which given for us is good. We faced only problem is Vegetarian food other than that everything went smooth. Lunch at Kintamani Volcano, trekking at mount bathur are awesome.

Overall a great experiance. Enjoyed our time in Bali. However, the itinerary could have been planned better. The water activities that were conducted Tanjung Benoa Beach could have been done at Gili Islands where the water is clear and training for scuba is also imparted, which would have made the stay at Gili to 2 days instead of 1. All the hotels were too good in terms of service and ambience. The hotel at Kuta, Grand Mega Resort was away from the beach, and the hotel at Sanur, Kings Villa although being the best of the trip, was away from any market, Kuta, Seminayak or Ubud. Inspite of these, the stay at Bali was memorable one, and I would like to thank Travel Triangle and Epicurean travels for the same. I appreciate the timely pick up service provided by the travel agency and also the wholesome efforts to make it a worthy trip. Snorkling in the clear waters of Gili Trangwan. Driver is not good. When we told him to drop us at nearby Indian restaurant then he always deny. Also we have a schedule of sanur beach to nusa penida where as he take us to benoa beach. This beach was already seen by us on previous day. At nusa penida the driver is also not good. He always in hurry. And tell us that we have only 10 min to watch the beach. I told him that we are from very far place and this is first and last time to visit Bali but he never understand. I think you must work upon your driver. Apart from that all is good.

Overall bad experience. I will not recommend anyone for traveltringle. If somehow anyone is going with you guys. I will suggest them to keep these things in mind. 1. Always follow the guidelines mentioned in the given doc. Because We are not going to spend the holiday. we are going to Mars mission. The driver can't stay more than 10 minutes in the lobby. He will leave you there. After that, you have to beg to come to him. ( It was said by U & I coordinator.) I was punctual so no problem for me. 2. Read carefully the instructions mentioned in the Doc. Because Sometimes the written thing is not clear. Like They told me your driver will be your guide. Always listen to him. But my suggestion will be always synced with the service provider. Because in the end they will call you ... We have informed you earlier. 3. The best thing with travletringle is their support team. They are very quick. They are always available (24*7). And the support team members are very good in there JOB. Their job is to convince the client that you are the reason for each and every problem. For details go to daywise feedback. 4. Don't believe what travletringle's agent is saying. Always check the google map for where you are staying and where you are going to visit your day. Because you can end up like me (4-5 hours traveling a per day). Day 1: No issue. Day 2: 20th May 2019 Transfer From Grand Mirage – Benoa to Sanur (Pick up time in the Hotel Lobby 0700 – 0715 AM) Feedback: I went to the lobby at 7.02 Am. The driver was not there so I told hotel staff to call me whenever driver comes. I waited for upto 8.15 and didn't get any call. After that, i pinged Indian's agent for that. They talked to Bali's agent. Then the Bali's agent called me and said that the driver came to the hotel at 7 and was waiting for me in the parking. you didn't show up at 7.15 so he went. How the hell I will know that he is waiting for me in the parking ? okay. Somehow they swap my 21st program to 20th. So no issue. So we visited this place. But when the cliffs form in the shape of a Tyrannosaurus Rex at Kelingking Secret Point Beach it is bound to be a crowd favorite. Kelingking actually translates into English meaning Pinkie a term referencing the smallest finger on the hand. Just like a pinkie promise, the land does also appear to take the form of a Kelingking or pinkie finger. However, it is the comparison to the T-Rex that has caused this location to become so popular. They have assigned one person for the FULL DAY NUSA PENIDA TOUR. Tour started at 10.00 AM with "sharing basis". In my itinerary, it is mentioned on a private basis. So here who's the fault is I don't know ? ---->> Please Answer In the return journey from the NUSA PENIDA 1st AC stopped. 2nd Vehicle Brokedown 3rd We switched to different Vehicle. This 2nd vehicle was not staring so we have given a push to start it. so it has taken 2 hours. So here who's the fault is I don't know ? ---->> Please Answer So because of their fault, we have reached at Pakeh Harbor at 3 PM. But according to the description above, I should have completed all things before 2.30 PM and has to check in the boat at 3 PM. It didn't happen according to plan. In my itinerary "Snorkeling at Pontoon" was included. And the time was [5 to 15 minutes]. And I want to mention it for the snorkeling I have paid 10k to travel triangle when I was included that. So after taking lunch at 3 PM, we went for snorkeling at 3.45PM. An instructor who is responsible for completing this activity denied for snorkeling. Because of the time delay. we almost begged him for this activity. It was like we are responsible for the dealy. After so much request he agreed for 2 minutes. For 2 minutes we have done that. At the name snorkeling, I was in one place for 2 minutes. I was not displaced from one place to another because the Instructor was not interested. So I wanted a full refund for that ? (But I know you guys don't care.) ---->> Please Answer Because of the delayed boat left at 3 PM. And we waited for 2.5 hrs for another boat. Another boat came and finally we reached hotel room at 8 PM. we should have returned at 5 PM. 4th Day: 22nd May 2019 Excursion: FULL DAY BEDUGUL LAKE TOUR FOLLOWED BY TANAH LOT TOUR ON PRIVATE BASIS Type ON: PRIVATE BASIS ETD: 1000 Hrs ETA: 1900 Hrs Breakfast at the hotel. Today you will explore the Bedugul area to visit the Ulun Danu Temple - a beautiful temple on the banks of Beratan Lake. The weather here is very pleasant. Thereafter proceed to the most photographed monument of Bali – the famous Tanah Lot Temple - built on the top of a rock in the ocean. Tanah Lot temple was built in the 11th century, supposed to be the Golden age of Hinduism in Indonesia. Experience one of the most awesome sunsets in the entire Indian Ocean at this site. Feedback: Driver was friendly. He told us he will pick us at 11.30 instead of 10 AM. We agreed. he came at 11.30 it was 2.5 hrs journey to reach the visiting point. It went well. No issue. Just wanted to highlight driver told us he will pick us at 11.30 and we agreed. We were punctual. 5th Day: 23rd May 2019 Meal Plan: Breakfast at Hotel, Romantic Candle Light Dinner at Hongxing Beach on Private Basis Feedback: It was pathetic. For the dinner, we have already mentioned that we don't want to egg an fish. And they agreed. Even we were happy with fruit salad and rice. But on the name Indonesian veg food, they served us rice with egg vegetable curry with eggs. So just wanted to ask travel tringle's agent. Bali's people don't know the meaning of Indian veg. But you guys know what is the meaning of Indian veg. You should have told us earlier. At the beach this type of meal is available. you guys ruined the dinner. How this is my fault? I am trying to figure out. ---->> Please Answer 6th Day: 24th May 2019 Excursion: SUNSET DINNER CRUISE BY BOUNTY ON PRIVATE BASIS Type ON PRIVATE BASIS ETD ETA 1615 hours 2100 hrs There’s no better way to spend a balmy tropical evening than on a beautiful evening Dinner Cruise. And I have told earlier. Nobody has informed us like that. The driver came at 4.20 to pick us. We asked him to wait for some time. He didn't mention that we have to reach before 6. otherwise I would have left the vill earlier. we left the villa at 5.05 or 5.10 PM. Due to traffic, we missed the cruise. And whole blame come to us. So for this event, I will take full responsibility because you will say starting time was 4.15 PM. And then I will say that I asked the driver to wait and he willingly agreed. He should have mentioned the consequence of delay. But you guys will not agree for that. Because you are trained for that to make sure all the fault should go to the client. So please read the feedback carefully. And Do the needful.

We went to Bali for 6d/7n. Whole trip was perfectly planned according to our requirements. We stayed in ubud and sanur, 3 days at each place and enjoyed every bit of that from the culture in ubud to the calm beaches on sanur. The complete trip was very memorable. At some places, we felt the need of a guide to aquainte us with the place and the history. But overall it was perfect and great job by our agent, Shivani Rawat. Thanks for being available online whenver needed :P Hanging out in the local market of ubud, embracing the beauty of sunset at tanah lot and the cruise to lambongan island.
