We have planed 7days and 6 nights trip bangkok and pattaya. Good place to visit. Travel agent also guided me as well but the cost is not worth for it

It was a great experience on our family trip to thailand. We travelled with an infant. The great part was the cabs were always on time and very well managed. We visited Bangkok and Pattaya over 6 days and 5 nights. The only suggestion would be to add River cruise in Bangkok as a part of itinerary. Nongnoch garden Pattaya, Safari world and River cruise.

The entire experience was seamless and well organised. A special thanks to Yugal for his coordination—he was always available and made sure everything went smoothly.

Coordination by the travel triangle agent was excellent.no any issue with the service.only thing is the hotel at bangkok (Aspen Suits) was ok not so good. 4- island and phi- phi island tour and also the snorkeling experience was marvelous.

It was very good experience with Navigatio ASIA. It was our first international trip and they have planned everything meticulously. Airport pick up, hotel transfer and sight seeing everything well planned and on time. They have covered everything as per itinerary shared. Mr. Tarun and Ms. Parul were very helpful throughout the tour. Strongly recommend if anyone wants stress free vacation. You can rely on them.

I really loved the service, especially the timings and pre information about the next day service. The hotels were really good with perfect locations so that we can easily access local markets. The cab timings, their services were all aligned to be the perfect. The honeymoon arrangements that were being made by Dragon Bay cruise

Overall Vietnam Trip was Nicely Carried out. Most of the popular places were covered.Tour Guides were very nice and cooperative having Good English knowledge.Hotel Breakfast for vegetarian was available at each hotel.Tour vehicles are nice and comfortable. Only flight two way prices were costlier. Overall Vietnam Trip was very Nice . Nice Tour Guides. Nice Tour Buses. Breakfast Lunch for Vegeterian was nice. Dinner At nearby Indian Hotels was nice and somewhat costly. Overall Vietnam Tour is Really Very memorable And Full of Fun and Joy.

The hotel accommodations and services were excellent, and the transport arrangements, along with the driver’s service, were truly commendable. However, I must express some concerns regarding the guide, Mr. Phrom. His behavior requires significant improvement—particularly in avoiding loose conversations and inappropriate comments, especially when interacting with women tourists. This is an area that needs immediate attention. I kindly request that you share this feedback with your counterparts in Cambodia to ensure better service standards. Despite this, we deeply appreciated the excellent services of the tour driver and the overall quality of the hotel and service arrangements. Vietnam: Your services in Vietnam were equally good. That being said, I have a few suggestions for improvement: We faced issues with dinner on the day of arrival in all three cities due to late nights. After our flights and hotel check-ins, dinner was delayed, causing inconvenience. I recommend scheduling local flights to arrive earlier in the evening (preferably before 4:00 PM) to allow sufficient time for dinners. It would be beneficial to arrange accommodations in higher-quality hotels, even if it incurs slightly higher costs. For instance, my brother-in-law, who accompanied us, was dissatisfied with the room at the Prague Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Offering customers the option to upgrade their accommodations with an additional cost could greatly enhance their experience. Overall, we are happy with the services provided and appreciate your efforts in organizing this tour. TT had a good tie up with S Vietnam trip. The S Vietnam trip coordinator , Ms Emily was very courteous & replied to every query I had regarding the trip. The arrangements were seamless requiring no follow up from my side, on a day to day basis . Proactively, guides & drivers contacted & communicated the pick up & schedule for the following day, a day in advance . The operators ensured we had a comfortable trip . Hotels & food arrangements & internal tkts were well organised .
