the hotel vouchers provided to us. However, during the hotel checkout at Avenue18 , we were unexpectedly asked to pay an additional amount of ₹2600 for one child, with the justification that she is 12 years old though other kids age is 15 years.This came as a complete surprise to us. Hotel explained that the one Kid's age was mentioned 9 during booking which has been done by the Agent but there was no communication to us .

ht dinner as it was already in the final itinerary…..also travel agent have not much knowledge about that location as she planned our stay in Rishikesh then way back haridwar then again crossing Rishikesh to mussoorie…..& in mussoorie she planned our stay at same hotel for 3 nights far away from city & because of that we have to travel alot for kanatal/dhanulti then for landour
