Parths's 4 days trip to Goa

Hotels weren't something we actually liked, the washrooms were not that clean, had an issue with the hot water as well! Loved the cab service, and their presence of mind..I had forgotten that pickup n drop was included in TT's package and due to this, I had booked a cab n was gonna pay but Mr Olen came to the rescue and reminded me the cabs were already booked n included in the package and I need not to hire another one Services from Travel Agent Mr Manish helped us throughout the process and was kind and helpful! He answered even a simple question with the same amount of respect and put in efforts that he put when a complicated questions/negotiations were done! However, there was a mistake that happened from my end, while booking the tickets, in the naming where I failed to give middle name, and had to repeatedly ask Mr Manish for help! No matter how many times I had asked his help, he just said I will help and never came back! I empathized him for his busy schedule but I only know one thing, 'if you say, don't worry sir, I will look into this' or 'tomorrow is a Sunday, I will have a look' and not helping out the customer is never gonna take you any farther! I even expressed how disappointment I was with not taking up the accountability for the job taken! Even after that, the man never even acknowledged with a simple message that Sir, this cannot happen from my end..but after multiple follow-ups I was told you only coordinate with the airlines over the issue! In the end, I fixed the naming for my bookings for Indigo! I had booked your services for easing my job, I know it was my mistake, but I guess you're a travel agent and could have atleast been upfront saying, that yes, I said I will do it, but now I cant, I called everyday to GoAir like 5-7 times a day just for the same issue, leaving all work, my marriage preps n had to take the risk by taking the tickets without middle name! I argued rather had to convince the security guard at Bangalore airport about the issue caused! Thank you for your services

Syed's 3 days trip to Karnataka

Hotels are just average. There is no good breakfast facilities in both the hotels. Also very limited breakfast at church in hotel 29, Bangalore. i never recommend this hotel to anyone. There is no hotwater facility for bathing at Mysore hotel during evening time while we checked in at 8.30pm. After repeated requests and complaints they had provided hot water for bathing.breakfast in the morning also too late. They provided it after 9.30pm. Bannerghatta national park safari trip, wonderla amusement park at Bangalore, night dinner at umpire restaurant near to our hotel, Brindavan garden and mysore palace are memorable moments in that trip.

Gangulydebarati's 5 days trip to Tamil Nadu

I became aware of this agency from google.I had to pay all my installment except one before my trip started. That is very ridiculous. When I first got into the cab,the driver was asking for money. That is completely disgusting. When I was Traveling from Bangalore airport to mysore,on my way I got a call from travel agaent that our first hotel got changed due to some issues, which is really disgusting.Atlst after paying 95% money before the trip it was not expected. When I checked in the hotel,in reception they were unaware of our booking. Samething happened in our ooty hotel also(Maurya Sudersan). They even didn't know that our rooms were booked with breakfast package. They asked us to pay breakfast bill. When I told all thing to Mr.Gagan he that time somehow managed it but later pinged me in whatsapp very rudely that hotels people could be wrong but he couldn't.,which was very unprofessional. Then driver was not good.He asked us to pay some amount during the trip and somehow managed to complete the trip .We had to ask him about where are we going but he was least interested about these.Do changes these first..
