f follow ups. As a traveller main reason for a customized package was to have a trip as per our plan which was agreed by both parties. There was onground support provided, but following up multiple times was not a good experience which should definitely be improved. Vouchers should be shared atleast 2-3 days prior so that any discrepancy could be discussed and corrected before the travel and not have to follow up during the travel. There was effort put in by the team to solve the problems but having to do the follow up during the trip was an inconvience. Places visited , food were excellent.

Baratang, for which Anil guided well at each step. We started at 3:30 AM and then the complete experience became very easy and comfortable with ample time in limestone cave for photography. After just 10-15 min, the rush started coming in and later it was tough to even find place for photography. The only thing that was missed was Jolly Buoy island visit, but that was not operational so Anil and Razi couldn't do anything about it. My in-laws were very strict for pure vegetarian restaurant so we faced some issue for first 2 days as we couldn't find good pure veg restaurant in port blair for 2 days. Later we found Vedant pure veg restaurant which had very good taste. Overall, it was a great experience.

n indian cuisine .Every hotel had Indian cuisine restaurants just a few meters away .It looked they planned in a way as if they themselves are traveling with us or must have traveled in past ...it was so so so perfect. Mr Pradyuman who was leading our iteniary planning did a fantabulous job and his other team mate Mr.Raghav was also too good in responding our schedule and concerns. If anything above 5 stars

t just our cab driver he was our local guide, He recommended us the best restuarants to eat as well made us feel very safe and at home. Thank you Santosh ji, If i ever visit rajshthan definately would like to be along with you only.

They were always available to assist us with platform-related questions, payments, vouchers, etc. A special thanks to Avishek from Kalpana Tours for managing our itinerary so well, accommodating our requirements, and always being available to resolve our queries—even at midnight (India time). The support from Avishek and his team truly made our trip more memorable. Overall, the service from Travel Triangle and Kalpana Tours was excellent. However, we did observe a few areas of improvement—more as suggestions for future Bali travelers: 1. Our stay at Legian Paradiso Hotel in Kuta was very good. The service, breakfast, and overall ambience were up to the mark, and I would highly recommend it. However, our experience at Prayatna Villas Ubud (private pool villa) was disappointing. The breakfast options were extremely limited (only one veg/egg option), portions were minimal, and even extra bread was chargeable. There was no staff available between 11 PM and 7 AM for any assistance, which could be risky in emergencies. Some basic amenities were also missing, and the location is quite remote. I would not recommend this property. 2. Our assigned driver initially tried to rush through the itinerary and was reluctant to cover some en-route places. After raising the concern with him and later with Avishek’s local team, the issue was resolved and the driver became cooperative. 3. Suggestion for travelers: If your plan is to relax at the hotel, a 10 AM start is fine. But if you want to explore Bali fully, it’s better to leave by 9 AM, as sunsets are early and markets in many places close by then. Despite a few stressful moments (which are quite normal in any trip), our overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. Whenever we reached out to Avishek, he was always available with quick solutions, regardless of the time. Avishek, Minshu, and Ritu were extremely helpful throughout, and I would definitely recommend their services for a Bali trip. Looking forward to planning my next trip with them again.

o. The driver Bhai was polite, careful and safely drove us from and to the airport. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Wish to be associated with them soon.

lain ABT him . The itinerary which was made doesn't contain any local sight seeing like chamera lake or kalatop or Pancho Ulla etc...we had to pay extra to different driver to visit these places. The places they covered was chamba one day and khajjiar another day..which can be clubbed in a single day as distance between them was 25 Kms only and didn't had much places to visit. We as traveller don't know much bt travel agent shud have all those info.. The only good part of trip was hotel which I chose myself and gave that preference to the travel agent.
