. A special thanks to AJAY for his excellent coordination during the entire trip. AJAY was always available whenever we needed assistance and ensured that everything was running perfectly on time. His polite behavior, quick response, and professional handling made us feel very comfortable throughout the tour. We would also like to thank Akansha for designing such a wonderful tour package. The itinerary was perfectly planned, covering all the beautiful places in Sikkim and Darjeeling without making the journey hectic. Hotels, cab service, and sightseeing arrangements were all excellent. Another big thanks to AJAY for continuously guiding and supporting us during the trip. Whether it was route guidance, hotel check-ins, or helping us with local information, AJAY handled everything very efficiently. Because of his coordination, our journey became smooth and memorable. The driver was also very cooperative and experienced, making our travel safe and comfortable in the hilly areas. We enjoyed every destination including Gangtok, Tsomgo Lake, Baba Mandir, Pelling, and Darjeeling. The natural beauty and peaceful environment made this trip even more special. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we are completely satisfied with the services provided. We highly recommend this travel team to everyone planning a Sikkim and Darjeeling vacation. s. ​1. Breakfast Service (First 2 Days) ​Day 1: My flight timings changed, and I requested an early breakfast, which was denied. While I understood the policy, it set a disappointing tone. ​Day 2: We had an early morning checkout to travel to Havelock Island. We were provided a packed breakfast consisting only of low-quality bread, butter, jam, and a packed mango juice. This was highly unsatisfactory. ​2. Havelock Island Accommodations & Itinerary Delays ​Resort Quality: The resort provided on Havelock Island was extremely poor. The rooms felt like below-average huts, resulting in a terrible experience. ​Service Delay: It took almost an hour of arguing to get our room changed. ​Lack of Local Agent Support: Because of the room change, our itinerary ran late. The local agent asked why we were running late and insensitively suggested we should have gone on the tour first and changed rooms later. It is unreasonable to expect guests to go out without freshening up first. ​3. Transport Issues ​Havelock Island: We were initially given an Alto to travel to Radhanagar Beach, which did not match what was promised during booking. After confronting the agent, they upgraded us to a Scorpio for the return journey to the resort. ​Neil Island: The driver on Neil Island was incredibly rushed, constantly forcing us to hurry through our sightseeing because he had another group of guests waiting for his next trip. ​4. Discounts and Financial Discrepancies ​We were promised a 40% discount on water sports activities, but this was not honored. We were forced to pay the full price/whatever rate was quoted on-site, with zero assistance from your team. ​5. Booking Partner & Coordinator Support ​The resort provided on Neil Island was very good, and the final legs of the trip went smoothly. However, the travel partner we booked through provided almost no assistance during the trip. It felt like we had to figure everything out on our own, and we were left entirely at the mercy of the local agent. ​Conclusion ​The lack of coordination, poor initial accommodations, and unhelpful local support made the first few days of our vacation incredibly uneasy and stressful. I expect a formal response regarding the unhonored discounts and the standard of service provided

Some were good, some were okay, and a few were not really up to the mark. That said, the cabs were generally clean and well maintained except for the one on the last day. The biggest issue was during the Baba Mandir and Tsongmo Lake visit. Even after asking us to leave early in the morning, the permits were not ready on time. It also felt like the driver did not properly consider the weather conditions while planning the trip. Another thing we felt was missing was proper tour planning or customization. The itinerary felt very standard and routine, without much effort to make the experience smoother or more curated. Overall, the trip was fine, but better coordination, more consistency in service quality, and attention to detail would have made the experience much better.

they won't fix it. Had to tell them 3-4 times(Siddhart Hotel Tabo, Delek house or spiti serai Kaza). Food in some of hotels they did not serve hot(Apple pie Rakcham, Green Valley Resort Sarahan). In one hotel they provided room in which switch board was yet to be connected(Apple pie, Rakcham, Sangla Valley). Felt difficult for charging mobile. Better note these hotels. Apple pie, do not confuse with the one which is present in Kalpa. The Kalpa hotel was good. Amazing road trip in bike. Best experience was in the road Manali-Jibhi, Jibhi-Jalori pass-Jeori and Jeori-Kufri. Jibhi is beautiful place. Loved it. Hoping to visit it once again.
